Aeromar is a Mexican airline founded in the year 1987. Operating from its main hub at Mexico City International Airport, the airline has a fleet of 16 aircraft connecting to 28 destinations. Web check-in is open 23 hours before flight’s scheduled departure time. The boarding pass can be printed during the process. I bought a flight from Cancun to Cuba on 6 May, but I got a mail that all flights of aeromar was cancelled, how can I contact you, can I take refund or can you help me to fly with another airline.
I purchased a flight with Aeromar from Puerto Escondido to Mexico City. I checked in digitally… meaning I had my boarding pass on my phone. I had a seat number, I had a barcode.
Now, mind you, Puerto Escondido just experienced a hurricane the day before. While I was at the AIRPORT the Wi-Fi / Internet/ Service OF THE WHOLE CITY WAS OUT for hours and hours .
AS I AM getting ON the plane. I show the lady my ticket on my phone. She says no. I don’t have a boarding pass. I showed her my phone. I checked in digitally. She said they didn’t have Wi-Fi so they couldn’t have barcodes.
When I asked her to help me she copped an attitude and said that I wasn’t on the flight…. When I CLEARLY WAS. I had a seat, I had a barcode.
She left me stranded in a country where I didn’t know the language or have anywhere to go.
INSTEAD OF CHECKING THE ROSTER OF PEOPLE ON THE PLANE WHERE SHE WOULD HAVE SEEN MY NAME. SHE GOT AN ATTITUDE. SHE DID NOT EVEN HELP ME WITH A NEW TICKET. Terrible terrible terrible services, experience and it is forever traumatizing.

My 17-yr old daughter had the misfortune to come in contact with Aeromar Airlines and the lack of services while she was on route to Acapulco, on December 23, 2017.
She had two connecting flights with Aeromar Airlines (Mexico), one which was delayed and caused her to missed her final flight to Acapulco.
The flight, that was delayed was Flight: 522, with Airline confirmation: RMLKEY. This flight from Ixtapa, to Mexico City was delayed fourty minutes and therefore, she arrived late to her gate to board flight 907, to her final destination, which was Acapulco.
She was denied boarding, and there was ABSOLUTELY no help from anyone from Aeromar, after she was not permitted to board. My 17-yr old, started her holidays stranded in a foreign country, in a busy airport and just left to her demise. I tried contacting the airline, no one answered, I contacted the company which tried to get in touch with your Aeromar costumer service, and the booking agent, was not able as well.
What is disgusting, is that not a single personnel working that night for Aeromar, offered to help; my daughter was just turned away with no regard to accountability, that it was their fault in the first place that she missed her flight.
My daughter had a panic attack, was afraid, and I had to sort all this out from Canada. To my misfortune, I had to buy, yet another ticket from from this crummy Aeromar airline, for the next day, as well as find accommodations for the night.
The travel agency which helped me book this trip, has made numerous attempts to resolve this, and nothing has been resolved yet.
BTW, the email: atencion.clientes@aeromar.com.mex DOES NOT WORK!
Dear Sirs: We need to contact Patricia Rosas in order to rectify our situation with Aeromar Airlines. We were promised hotel reservations in Mexico City due to the airlines changing our flight plans without our knowledge and this was supposed to be to and from our destination of Mazatlan. The personnel in Tucson, AZ. told us not to worry that we were covered, only to find out that no-one in Mexico City knew anything about us. We had to pay for the room twice, to and from Mazatlan. Help.
