I placed an order online and paid with PayPal. My orders were sent to my address from a year ago and when I contacted Academy they said it was PayPal’s fault. I contacted PayPal and they showed my recent address for shipping, therefore, it was Academy’s error. Academy stated because I ordered online it is not their fault?. Academy shipped it, and will not reimburse us for the packages to be forwarded. I will never shop there again. Customer service is HORRIBLE
I cannot tell you how disappointed I am. I ordered a hook2 locator from you and thought there was something wrong with it only to find out from lowrance you sent me the wrong thing. I had no idea that it was not what I ordered. It’s past your return date. Now I’m stuck with something that won’t work for me.
