I ordered flowers to be delivered 10 days in advance. However, my mother in law had to leave town, so i called the same day to change the delivery date. I was on the phone with someone for almost an entire hour even after chatting with someone via internet chat for 40 minutes. I was told that it may or may not be changed. No one was going to be home to receive the flowers, so it was pointless to deliver them on the 13th now. Several days later someone called and said it would be changed and fixed and delivered on the correct day, the 27th. She had even asked me to change the bouquet, which I was fine with.
However, on the 13th, I received a message that they were delivered. I asked them to change the date from the 13th to the 27th to ensure my mother in law would be back home. Seems like this would be no problem considering I did this on the 6th. I have called multiple times since then and after going through the story, I am told, I will have to talk to my supervisor and call you right back. Guess what, they never call back. Worst customer service ever. In this day and age, I have never dealt with such poor customer service. So disappointed, and my mother in law will not receive her flowers on the 27th either.
I received dead flowers for Valentines Day. And they offered my boyfriend a 20.00 coupon. Seriously?? Now, they did refund the full amount after being pressured, but will NEVER use them again. Way to ruin a day!

I ordered flower last week and called them 3 different times to tell them they had the wrong name for the recipient and was told each time that it was changed. Secondly, the flowers were not delivered in the promised time frame, so I canceled the order. I was promised to be refunded and I did receive the refund. However, they delivered the flowers later that night after 9pm after I had already canceled and then had the nerve to recharge my account the money.
I ordered a get well bouquet of flowers for my friend. I asked the representative if it would look like the bouquet that I was ordering. she said absolutely. The first bouquet she got looked absolutely nothing like the one I ordered. It was supposed to have pink roses purple carnations and other flowers added in. it had lilies two roses and a different flower . they told me they would resend the bouquet. the second one they sent also looks nothing like the one I ordered.
I will NEVER EVER order from this site again! I paid almost $300 for a funeral arrangement to be delivered to a co workers funeral. Said they were delivered, never saw them asked the funeral director he never got them. He even looked out back thinking they may have gotten delivered during the service, nope. When I called customer service after the service was over they said they will contact the florist. It was to late. They said they were delivered and signed by a lady. I then called the funeral home they do not even have a lady that works there. So upsetting. I got a refund but that is the not the point. NEVER AGAIN!

I was a bit disappointed on $74.00 flower purchase for my friend that had surgery. Order #421729736. The flowers were nothing like pictured. I know you substitute, but the flowers were wilted ! Not the color I ordered , didnt even look the same!!! I was somewhat embarrassed!!!

Apparently lots of people have a similar problem with your organization. Flowers that wilt and die and customer service that avoids not helps the problem. All the customer service people cannot be understood and the net result is no service.
Place order 5799058660 for Valentine’s on February 4,2022 to be delivered on February 11 ,2022. Never got an email saying that it was shipped or being told there was a problem with the shipment. Only found out after calling four times. You have no problem taking my money but don’t care how you screwed up someone’s Valentine’s weekend.
Ordered a specific flower arrangement for my DiL. Flowers that were delivered looked nothing like what I ordered. Much less and different flowers, ugly colored vase, mostly filler, different shape arrangement. I was so embarrassed when I saw what was delivered.
I ordered the Cure-All-Kitty for my sister. I have never sent her flowers & thought it would make her smile since she’s a retired nurse. When she sent me the picture of the flowers, I was embarrassed. You can’t see the paws, neck or basket, handle on first aid kit is bent. The eyes are too far apart. The stethoscope is soo big, it blocks part of the cat’s ear, mouth is too big, not enough whiskers on cat’s face. This make the design look lopsided & not balanced as seen on the picture on the website & my confirmation. Not enough flowers on right side so it doesn’t look as full as the picture on the website/confirmation. Some of the flowers look wilted.
This was my first and last time I will order flowers from 1-800-Flowers.
Ordered sympathy piece for my aunt. Paid almost 100.00 for it if there were 20 flowers in basket it was alot . Buy else where. , I do not mind paying for flowers but I want what I pay for. This is unacceptable . Just lost a good customer today .and if you do business like this Iโm sure you will lose many more.
I messaged and spoke with a representative two days ago regarding an order which I received as a Christmas gift. The floral arrangement I received was a dozen roses with lilies. Upon opening the box all the flower petals had fallen off the roses leaving only the rose stems. It was a very disappointing arrangement. Especially as I was going to use this for my Christmas dinner centerpiece. I spent over 40 minutes chatting back-and-forth with representatives. I was told someone would call me, no one ever did. Additionally, I did not receive a new order. I want the sender to be refunded for this very low quality flower arrangement. The sender is HELEN M.. I am not going to speak to anyone else, I have wasted enough time with your customer service dept. I just want this to be taken care of. 1 800 flowers has poor customer service and poor quality flowers.

I ordered flowers for a deceased relative. I was very disappointed in the arrangement. I ordered a large fall arrangement in a basket and it was very tiny. I was embarrassed. Will never order from 1-800 again.
Received delivery right off FEDEx truck from driver. Flowers were like 100 degrees and very wilted when I opened the box. Very disappointed that your delivery service doesnโt keep flowers fresh and cool on the truck. Will not use 1800 flowers anymore.
