I have bought three Copies of Nero Platinum Suite for my three computers and I am having a problem with all three. They used to work with my Sony Cameras using Firewire now they don’t. It’s your product but when asked for help all you want is money without supporting your product!

I’ve ordered and paid for the Nero software to burn CD’s twice in two days. The first time I was given a serial number. But when I tried to enter it and continue I was told there was a problem and setup would exit. Today I tried again. I sent the credit card again and was told I would receive an email confirming everything an installment instructions. I never got an email. Now I am trying to contact customer support and all I get is this. What is going on? This is very frustrating and maddening.
Hello, I have the Nero Multimedia Suite 10. It was working great on my old laptop. Windows 7, upgraded to Windows 10. Now I am trying to load it on my new laptop, Windows 10. It will not load. It gets to the reboot. And after that, it will not load. It just goes in circles…Any help?
I recently bought Nero Standard 2018 and have found that when I try to play the DVD movie/slide show on my television – there is no sound from the music I put on it.
It will only play with the sound if I play it on my computer. Can you please contact me with a solution to this problem asap.
I’m fed up with you nero. I have spent over a $100 on your products. I have no sound from my dvds when try watching them NO SOUND! and there’s nothing wrong with my computer or the speakers. Even at full blast all I get is hum. Now I just spent $45 on an upgrade. Plus another $100 to download nero 2018. Guess what! I STILL have no sound. But you guys still insist on saying that “the feature I’m trying to use requires a download”. I’m fed up with wasting money on upgrades that don’t give me a simple feature: SOUND!. true it maybe your name and your program. However do not expect me to recommend your products to other people.
I have been a Nero customer since purchasing 2014. However, when I purchased 2017 I have never been able to install it. I get “The installer of Microsoft VC Redist 2010 SP1 (x86) has failed. Setup will now exit.” I have gone to miscrosoft and had the downlosd repair said file and it still won’t install. You can check my purchase date. I have not had this software yet. Please help
I did not receive my download link for my pre-sale Nero 2018 Platinum on September 19 as stated on my order/invoice. What is happening? I received the trial installer and trial key but I do not have the final installer and final key. With the final key I would be able to activate the trial version of NERO 2018 Premium suite. I purchased (paid) for NERO 2018 Platinum Suite but I did not received anything. No application, no serial number. I have make many efforts to contact Nero asking for a refund of money or delivery to my email of the purchase I have made. No way to contact NERO. I am automatically sent to Cleverbridge but they answer they cannot solve the problem. The link in NERO is connecting with Clevebridge. I need your help to contact NERO to obtain my purchase. Strange that this happens to NERO since I have been using many of your products through the years. I hope you may solve the problem since I still consider NERO as a serious and honest Company.

I bought a liteon drive with label tag and got nero 9 essentials. It does not work, help! I want to use my label tag, and the nero 9 sw freezes up. I tried to update to sw but to no avail. What should I say on my blog about nero / label tag. I always loved nero from the start. Please help .
