The rep at Hotel Kahya was very dismissive of our family when we arrived at the second “Welcome Meeting” even though “Sue” had posted an invite under our door. We had wanted answers to some simple questions but were left with a young man who spoke very poor English. The first meeting was scheduled for 9.15 but having arrived just before midnight felt breakfast was more important. Perhaps look to plan welcome meetings for later in the morning?
The whole โbooking via phoneโ was a complete disaster.
My group are paying over ยฃ2000 for flights only to be โhandledโ by a girl yawning over the phone and kept repeating โthatโs fineโ
Brain dead is one way of describing her – way too long to go into it, but I did want to complain over the way the booking, actually the brain dead girl handled it………. to my absolute astonishment the โTeam leaderโ rang I thought to apologise and hay presto!!!! Proceeded to tell me off?! I actually believe these two are related or attended the same school.
I will NEVER book with Jet2 ever again. Totally disgusted in their manner.
I sent in a complaint which went through ‘get human’ but the response nowhere near answered my questions. The complaint was the charge being made for a single room. I am disabled and pensioner with mobility issues and rely on going with my sister and husband for support. They got a room, full board, for two less than I was being charged half board for a single. I find this outrageous and they are simply taking advantage of single people. Consequently I no longer can take a holiday with Jet2 or any other company and think it’s about time someone took a stand. I do expect to pay a little bit more but this was absolutely disgusting.
JET2 FLIGHTS 3 AND 10 MAY 2018
I am writing to let you know how enjoyable it was flying with Jet2 on the above dates. This is the first time we have flown with Jet2 and it certainly will not be the last. We also felt that there was more leg room between seats which is a welcome bonus. We felt the pilots were very informative and kept us up to date with arrival times etc, but the added bonus was definitely the luggage. We left our luggage outside our cabin door the night before departure and we didnโt see it again until we reached Belfast International Airport. When we arrived at the airport at Malta we could just go straight through to Departures. It was just brilliant. Thank you.

I wanted to make my seat reservation, but it seems impossible, since my daughter bought the flight for me in Great britain and I do not have all the necessary answers required by you when making the seat reservaton. Can you make the reserveration for me anyhow?
I clicked on the seat I wanted to reserve but nothing at all happened.
I also have another question. Because of this I spoke with a young man of your company on the phone and he promised to call me back, which did not happen so far. Since I would like to travel without as little stress as possible, here again my question:
I have to carry with me a Devilbiss-appliance which helps me concerning a sleeping disorder. I also have a note of my doctor with me confirming this. The appliance is in its own bag and weighs no more than 2 kilos, I guess. Can I take this appliance together with one piece of luggage on the plane without extra costs?
