Your employees are very salvish. I gave photo copies of my pan card and adhar card to activate my account but your employees hear nothing. When I go to the branch he never meet on the seat. When i call he cuts my call and abuses me.
Very horrible customer service, called several times to reach the customer desk for help regarding my ATM Card query. Also there is no revert for complaint. Calling customer care since last 2 days, but not able to connect as it is always busy
Please let me know how to update my personal records available with your bank. I would like to change my Mobile number and my e mail address available in your records since my mobile number has been changed, I am unable to operate Internet banking facility. Please help me.

IDBI Customer Care is very poor. My Customer ID has been invalid as a result I could not access my accounts mob banking.

IDBI Customer Care is very poor & did not pay any attention to an urgent case. My Customer ID has been changed without my option as a result I could not access my accounts over i-net banking for a long period in spite of repeatedly sending e-mails.

I have booked a ticket by using my debit card on 15-3-12. I have cancelled the ticket on same date but refund amount is not be credited in my account till today. Allahabad branch is not placing a request for my query.
