My husband and I came in from Heathrow on Tues. and as I am handicapped we needed a wheelchair. How very fortunate we were to be given Mohammad Ali Farooqui! He had 2 of us in wheelchairs to navigate through customs, security, etc. plus my husband. Then an airline employee ran up with 2 more folks from Romania who spoke no English and needed help to catch their next flight. Mohammad whisked out an app on his phone which held virtually every language known and explained to them how he would help. He took all of us through everything, helped with shoes, making sure we got everything at various checks and all of us made our flights! He even called the daughter of the folks from Romania to let her know when her folks should arrive and let the mom talk too. Mr. Farooqui is one of the best advertisements you have for care and concern! By the time we all left each other we had become friends with hugs and best wishes all around. Bless Mohammad! ??
My wife has MS and requires assistance with ramps and long distance walking. Yesterday we arrived in Terminal A. A wheelchair took her up the ramp, where she was transferred to a cart. She was changed to 2 additional carts during the transfer. The last cart dropped her where Terminal C & B split and told Gate 5B was just “a short walk only 1-2-3-4-5 gates away”. It turned out to have multiple sloped areas and was nearly 400-500 yards of walking. I was able to flag down a cart going the wrong way, who cam back and helped with the last 100 yards. I can appreciate the construction at DWF but this was totally inexcusable service from what is normally a very efficient operation.
DFW:
My family and I stopped at your airport passing through to Nashville. Our connection was at C29. The waiting area was filthy. The glass panels were mucked up with kids hand prints that would make one guess that they haven’t been cleaned in months. The blue carpet was so soiled and dirty, it looked like every cowboy in Texas took off their dirty boots and stomped the dirt in.
DWF is the dirtiest most disgusting airport I have been to. Y’all need to take some pride in your home port and respect your guest better.

Hi,
My name is Sandra da Rosa I flew from Dallas to Brazil in January 16th, AA963 , 7:40 pm my airline confirm was GJKLJJ.
I have already written to dfwln@aa.com but nobody answered me then I decided write to this department.
I had bought a cream from the duty free and I paid 350USD, the lady told me pick it up at boarding gate.
When I arrived at boarding gate the woman told me to pick the package into the airplane, arriving at the airplane the stwardess told me to sit that someone are gonna call me, a problem happened and our flight flew wiht one hour delay, then I asked to the stwardess that I did not receive my purchase, she told me that was so late, the package stayed in Dallas and she could not do anything.
Then I decide to write to solve this problem, If you need I have my receipt, as my purchase was so expensive I need a help to
receive my money back or my purchase in Brasil.
What do I need to do?
I am looking forward to hear you.
Thanks
Sandra da Rosa
To whom it may concern,
I traveled through DFW a couple days ago. I stopped at Taco Bell in Terminal C. I have to say that the employee there, David Farmer, is extremely professional & personable! He has very good customer service skills, friendly & gets the food out quick. Sometimes it’s nice to come across people like that when you’re stessed during a trip, thanks David!
