Baggage Information
If flying within Europe/Asia or the Middle East, Business Class passengers can carry 2 pieces with max 23 kg each and Economy Class passengers can carry 1 piece with max 23 kg. For flights between the Middle East/Asia and America, BC passengers can carry 3 pieces with max 23 kg weight each and EC passengers can carry 2 pieces with 23kg each.
Hand Baggage: Business Class passengers can carry two hand baggage with weight not exceeding 12kg. Economy Class passengers can carry one item with max 8kg weight.

My flight from Hamburg to Gothenburg on Sept 9th 2019 was delayed overnight. I filed a compensation form the next day but I still didn’t hear back from Czech Airlines. It’s been almost three months since I filed the form! I understood there is a 2 months deadline to answer to compensation forms. When can I expect an answer?

Dear Sir/Madam,
I along with 4 family members had booked Czech Airlines flight from Prague to Budapest on July 1, 2018. PNR JHKTMF. However, on reaching airport we were told that we have been deboarded as the flight was changed and there was no space. We had to go via road to Budapest. I had even paid Euro 100 extra for luggage in advance. I have complained through the online form and called multiple times on the customer care number but till date I have not got any revert. I do not know where to contact or how to get the compensation. It has been the worst ever experience and I will definitely discourage anyone from taking this flight ever. I want resolution for this as its been 6 months now.
I submitted a claim 3 months ago and have not been reimbursed for luggage that was delayed for 2 days. I was told to purchase clothing I would need and would be reimbursed. How do I find the status of this claim?
Dear Madam/Sir,
I would like to get a contact on the department or the person who is in charge of lost and damaged baggage; the matter is that I’m in contacting the email: call.centre@csa.cz since more than two month ago regarding my lost baggage and the only response I get from their side is the automatic reply that they they passed my request to the relevant department for action and direct response but still no response from the relevant department.
