I have 2 memberships of club mahindra and I must say some of the properties that Club Mahindra own are excellent. But one of the biggest issue is they do not provide wifi in the rooms. In today’s time even very small budget hotels provide free wifi in the rooms. Moreover as most of the Mahindra properties are in the outskirts from a town or city the phone networks are also very poor or nil. I think they should start providing free wifi in the rooms.
Don’t become the member of this company ,don’t waste your hard earned money by paying them ,To check the fact you call on any of the helpline number given and then you will get to know about the service.you will get it till the time you are not the members but the things will change soon to reverse once you becomes the member.
I was assured of complimentary 5 nights at Orange County Resort in Coorg by your executive while becoming a member. Now, when I tried, I was told by your customer care to contact RCI and RCI told me that I need to be RCI member to get reservation in Orange County Resort. It’s not for Club mahindra members
