Landed 54 minutes ago and still not a single bag on carousel. Domestic baggage at T5 is TOTALLY inadequate. All aerlingus and southwest leads to slow delivery and overcrowding. Unsafe and extremely poor service
The airport shuttle service which is the only way to get from Lot E to the terminals is getting worse. Long delays and too few buses, especially during off hours. The shut down of the people mover is a disgrace. I wish I could use a different airport.
