On Thursday July 23, 2022 I was on flight 107, departing 10am from Toronto to Vancouver, accompanied by my elderly mother, who required a wheelchair at the Vancouver airport. We were last off the plane in order to wait for the chair. When it arrived our air hostess, named Bianca, pushed the wheelchair to to baggage pickup, located our luggage which had long left the carousel, pushed the wheelchair to the cab stand, and ensured we were on our way. I want to thank Bianca again, and hope that Air Canada recognizes her excellent customer service.
On July 8th, I had to change a flight from Toronto to Vancouver to make my connecting flight as the departure time was changed by Air Canada. I would like to commend the customer service representative at Pearson Airport, Neal Natt .
He was very professional and looks after my needs so well. Thank you Neal for excellent service. I
I was on Flight AC849 London to Toronto on May 2cnd on the day before I sustained a fall and was in considerable pain A family member drove me to Heathrow on his way to a meeting. This meant I was present 6 hours before my flight. The staff at the ticket office found me a more comfortable seat for which I offered to pay but her supervisor declined payment and directed me to “assistance “. when I reached the wheel chair area they called me for the gate There I pointed out to the concierge that I was on the later flight and when he realised how long I would have to wait he took me to the Lounge and I waited there until my flight several hours later I cannot thank them enough for their thoughtfulness and care Unfortunately I did not get their names and congratulate Air Canada on their staff who went above and beyond to help me
I just want to say I took a trip from st johns newfoundland to Victoria BC . I must say that I was taken care off from the time I left to the time I arrived. The rep in st johns went above and be on to take care off my wife and I. He was the best Thanks
I would like to share with you a most positive experience I had with one of your employees. We had scheduled a trip from Boston to Saint Lucia direct flight on 01/19/19 due to a storm in Boston our original airlines had canceled our flight night before 01/18/19 needless to say we were scrambling to get another flight. My wife was finally able to get one on Air Canada, Boston to Toronto to Barbados to Saint Lucia. Arriving in Barbados there was 45 minutes to make our connecting flight to Saint Lucia. We got our bags which was not a problem we were waiting on 3 sets of golf clubs. I would like to add that the delay in getting our golf clubs was no fault of Air Canada. As you could imagine it was a long stressful day this didn’t help. I went to the Air Canada desk where I met Xavier (I apologize I did not get his last name) Xavier was a savior. He realized that in the time frame we had that if we checked our bags on the connecting flight we would not make it. He told us to leave our bags with him that he would continue to look for our golf bags and put them on the first flight out the following morning. Xavier walked us through Customs for a second time and to the gate to ensure we made our connecting flight to Saint Lucia as this was the last of the day. As he promised all of our bags arrived the following day including our golf clubs.
Air Canada should be appreciative that they have employees that go above and beyond with customer care. Xavier exemplified what customer service is all about.
Thank You once again.
I have had a nightmare of an experience with Air Canada. If you want to actually speak to a customer service agent live over the phone, rather than dealing with their stated stonewalling policy of submitting complaints only in writing, try contacting:
