Never ever had any problem with Agoda until today when I need to make changes to my hotel reservation due to missed flight.
Called them and held for at least 15min not just once but for 5 times since the moment I missed my flight. Simply no one to pick up the phone!

Booking ref 300200701 FULL REFUND
I was at Udaipur going to Mount Abu. There was a strike of taxi union at Mount Abu. I talked to Mr Kesari at the hotel at Mount Abu, and he asked me to cancel the booking for full refund, as there was no way we could reach Mount Abu.
The booking No 300200701 was cancelled 3 Oct 2018. The entire amount of the booking was forfeited by Agoda website. This was brought to the notice of Mr Bhaskar Sharma T Agoda, Gurugram, and he asked me to write a mail to cs@agoda.com.
I have written three mails but there has been no response from Customer Service ? I am unable to find anybody whom I can speak to at Agoda, as phone calls land at a chatbot and no human come online.
Please arrange for full refund of the amount charged on my Credit card.
Trying to talk to someone without a booking ID. This is absolutely ridiculous they don’t give me one and now I do not know if I have a booking or not because no conformation has been sent. I tried calling, email and chat but nothing.Such an unprofessional site.
Booked on the website six days ago, Agoda took my money via Paypal and gave me a booking number …still awaiting an email with my voucher and when I try to call/chat is says my booking number isn’t valid. Please can I have a booking voucher for my hotel or just refund my Paypal money?! I’ve tried to contact via email (no reply after 5 days), phone and chat, Facebook and Twitter but no response to any of these; this is terrible customer service!
Agoda is a pathetic website with no customer support. I called up agoda customer care and talked to the representative and she said that she would get it resolved but post that I received a confirmation after 6 days that we have resolved your issue about concerns with the hotel , but still agoda deducted by booking amount as 10719 which was really cheap on there part. They cheat people they give no concerns to customer queries instead put them as resolved as a status at there end. Never book with agoda or you will suffer a lot. all they know is CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMERS. PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS FOREIGN WEBSITE
What a nightmare!!!! Never again booking with Agoda – I had a booking for a hotel in Phillipine and I cancelled the booking, 15th days prior to arrival date and booking date which is 30th March. As per terms and conditions of the cancellation policy for the resort , “any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the booking value. ” I have read this and acted upon the policy on 15th March, so the 50% charge on my card is not within the legal terms and timelines of their policy.
I have called support in UK and the States and have been waiting on the line tens of minutes anything from 10-25 minutes(!!!!) and nobody answered, 8 failed attempts to speak to somebody !!!Seriously – what customer support is this if on Agoda’s website it says 24/7 support! What a joke and a disgrace !
I received a booking confirmation from Agoda with the ID 240633377. I called the hotel to make sure they have received this booking and the hotel continues to state that they have not received this from Agoda. I have been trying to call the phone numbers which don’t work. My emails to Agoda are not answered. I am extremely disappointed with Agoda and its service !!
I wrote to You several times, and called Your Service twice and it passed 3 days from then, but still no messages from Your side. This is very important to solve, i made a booking from your application in hotel Atana, Dubai. I got confirmation by sms, and still no confirmation on my e mail or my agoda profile. On this way i can not change my reservation, cancel it or be sure that the booking is confirmed. You have my credit card details so i dont know if this will be charged or to be sure that the hotel has a room for us. Please send me an e mail booking confirmation so that i can deal with my reservation or where i can see all my booking details. I would appriciatte your answer ASAP.

I booked a hotel last Sept 30,2017 for Bali. Paid the whole amount, but did not received any voucher for confirmation, which they said will be sent through my email.
I followed up customer service 4 times since yesterday, and until now, to send me my confirmed voucher, but, no reply until this time.
Please don’t do this to us, I have been a good Payor eversince, if you can not provide the accommodation, just return my hard earned money.
