Not the room that I have booked. Requested 2 queen beds for 5 people and only got a room with one queen bed. There is Norway to reach them. Except for a costly fee

The Agoda people says that my hotel is already being booked and deduce the amount for the booking. But the person at the hotel desk refuses about the booking being done. Cannot even reach the customer care for the complaint. Hopeless this is……Completely Poor Service……….
Even we faced the same problem. Our money was deducted but when we reached the hotel. The hotel said they have no tie up with Agoda and no booking on our name. Such a big fraud and customer service number is disconnected and no email ID too. Such companies need to be legally penalized. Could you further solve this?

This is Ayush Kedia here, I had make the booking of Hotel Avista, (Andheri West, Mumbai) for 26 August,, 2016, through http://www.agoda.com and my experience was horrible. It is my sincere advise to everyone that never make booking of hotels through a fraud site http://www.agoda.com.
My experience was very bad and even I had email and call the customer care team but unfortunately their was no response.
Pls note my experience
1. Hotel location was wrong
2. Area was pathetic, very dirty area.
3. Hotel was pathetic and annoying.
4. Rooms were pathetic too.
5. Overall hotel was very poor grade.
6. Rooms were not same as shown in pictures.
7. Serious fraud case.
I did not make my entry and left and started searching for other hotels.
I made a booking to Hyatt regency Chennai with check in date 07.08.2016. I never got any confirmation through mail regarding booking neither a hotel voucher. The booking was made on 5th of August 2016. I tried calling agoda customer service and it was a dead end . On the date of check in and before that i called hotel they said there was no booking under my name via agoda. But today i got my credit card statement found that agoda has charged against an unbooked hotel. As usual calling the customer care is again proved worthless. The worst service i have received from online booking portal. I need a refund and a contact info as well
I booked 2rooms for a hotel in Lonavala ,India through agora website. My bank account was debited of Rupees 15,691 but I received a message of an error and didn’t receive any booking ID. I tried calling their UK contact no but without booking ID can’t speak to anybody. Have emailed them but no response. I don’t know what to do. My money is stuck and I don’t have a booking as well.
Pls suggest some solution.

Iโve made a hotel booking today (4-2-2016)& recevied a booking reference number. 1840274352, but till now Iโve not yet recieved the hotel voucher in my email. It said it will sent within 10 mins but till now nothing in my inbox..Please send again.
I booked an apartment in London (Monument One) and Agoda issued me a Hotel voucher. When I provided the details requested to the Apartment Owners for the access information they refused to accept the voucher as I was under 25. I completed the Agoda booking form filling in the option which said Adult or Child (under 16). There was no where to indicate I had to be over 25. By issueing the voucher Agoda has entered into a contract with me which they have failed to keep and should now refund my money. My contract is not with the Apartment owners it is with Agoda and they have now broken that contract. This is an appalling way to treat customers and you can be sure I will not use Agoda again and will make sure none of my friends use them either.
I booked a room for two nights 5th and 6th August 2015 and payment made by HSBC Bank. But I have not received a voucher from Agoda. Please check and send me the voucher.

This is my 3rd request to please tell me how I can find out how many rewards points I have accumulated (without having to make a reservation first). I cannot get that information from any of your websites. SECOND PROBLEM: I cannot log in. Even when using my correct password, and even when successfully changing my password my password, when I try to login, all I get is another login screen. Please answer these questions so that I may continue to use Agoda.
I was surprised to find out my Citibank credit card statement of account for May 2013 include charges of Agoda Hotel Reservation in London, sale date of April 20, 2013, posted April 23, 2013, in the amount of PhP4,320. I did not ever make any transaction with Agoda the fact that I have no business nor any transactions in London. First I would like to make an inquiry on this before I proceed to legal complaints on this matter. Thank you.
I booked last night for a hotel in Bangkok, Ramkamheng and haven’t received my hotel voucher yet. The hotel said to call back later but the person I am booking for will have already arrived. Please send me the hotel voucher or a number of a person to speak to in Thailand vs the UK for the customer service (which won’t even let me speak to a person!)
I want to cancel my booking date from 3/30 and change it to 4/4 (booking # 28307536 โ King Set Hotel).
I checked the Agoda deal on 4/4 is only HK$470 . However, when process it on the self-service it charge HK$915, an extra $508 has to pay. I just wonder why.

I have booked a hotel in Bali by 05/12/2012, to stay there from 29/12/2012 to 02/01/2013. Until now I did not received any confirmation and the payment has already been deducted from my account. I have no Booking ID and when I try to access “manage my booking”, nothing shows on the records. I do not remember the hotel’s name or address. I only have 3 days left to discover what happened!
Yesterday booked 2 rooms for 2 nights in Manila. The published rate on Agoda website was HKD2,040 per room. Made the booking, proceeded with payment, all the time was convinced that I would be paying HKD2,040 X 4. To my shock after inserting the payment details was then informed that I was charged HKD10,316.97. When I enquired about it was informed that the extra HKD 2,146.98 were for “Hotel tax and services fees 2 nights”. Nowhere during the booking and payment process I was informed of the extra charges, which amount to an extra 30% of the total cost. Based on the response received, I therefore conclude that Agoda.com misleads its customers and uses illicit trading practices that will be of interest to national trading standards watchdogs. I was looking for an alternative to my long preferred online booking company, but unfortunately Agoda clearly is not an alternative.

I’ve made a booking through Agoda for Singapore’s Royal Hotel located at 36 Newton Road. I’ve received the email telling me that they will send me the Hotel Voucher within an hr. Its been passed 5 hrs and i’m not getting any of it.
