I canceled my return flight from Buenos Aries to Iguazu in January 2022 and still don’t get my refund. I asked twice and got an answer that I would get a reply shortly. Nobody replied also.
Changed two flights without any notice—learned when I checked online. Zero phone support. WhatsApp doesn’t swirl. Phone is never answered. IM doesn’t receive a reply. No response on Twitter. No way to know if my flight still exists.
Luggage status on booking reference RBMJ8F
To whom it may concern
See my booking with reference RBMJ8F which was made online through the eDreams booking site.
On the booking confirmation they make a statement that says “Please note that your outbound flight doesn’t include any piece of baggage. You can buy discounted baggage by contacting our call centre.”
Please confirm the actual status of our baggage coverage as I have checked my booking reference online with each airline used individually and all documentation shows 2 Checked luggage and 1 Hand luggage per leg outward and inward. As this is in conflict with the eDreams statement above I would appreciate your clarification please as I do not want to have issues at the airport.
Thanks
Richard Skinner
I have booked Two flights from Buenos Aires to Rio Gallegos on January 26th. I would like to change the destination into Ushuaia. Is it possible? If Yes, is there an additional fee?
I have sent you this Mail a Week ago and still not got an answer.
I need to change my passport number because my had expired. I have been on the phone for 30 minutes without anyone answering. Please contact me at the email below.
I am trying to get a 1300 pesos refund on excess baggage. What should I do?
I am a platinum frequent flyer and my husband a silver elite.
We have traveled 1-3 times every year for 9 years from Atlanta to Buenos Aires on Delta and then on Aerolineas Argentina to Salta.
We take 4 small suitcases which each weigh less and are easier for us to carry.
We have never been charged excess baggage until our trip from BA to Salta on Dec 26, 2017. We have spoken to numerous Information people
at BA and Salta who all say contact AA but this is the only place I find to email a message.
By the way, we were not charged for excess baggage on our return from Salta to BA on 11 Jan 2018 nor on the BA Atlanta flight on 12 Jan 2018, which was the case on our many previous flights
I am flying Air New Zealand to Buenos Aires with baggage allowance of 23 kilograms. I then fly to Ushuaia a few days later with Aerolineas. Will my baggage allowance of 23 kilos still be accepted?
I am having an issue ticketing your airline in multiple PCC’s. I requested help from customer service. This is the response below I received which is not helpful at all. Not only were caps used, I wouldn’t have contacted you if there wasn’t a problem in the first place. I’m disappointed to see this is how a customer is treated.
Jenna:
You should ONLY report to us the ARCs where you cannot ticket.
Our assumption is that you can ticket in all location.
If there is not an issue with a particular ARC we do not have the time to check and see if there is a problem.
Hello, I left my iPad in the seat pocket in front of me, please help me get it back. Flight AR 1870, EZE TO FTE, 2/11/16, seat 19F. Black, front glass cracked and chipped in one corner, a gray sticker and a white sticker on the back. Thank you for your help.
I need to contact Argentine Airlines I will be traveling to Buenos Aires next month and really speak with customer serviceI have many questions regarding seating , baggage etc. can someone please e-mail me a number to call I have been calling 1800-333-0276 with no answer.
Terrible airline. Thanks for cancelling my flight and messing up my plans. Now let’s see what kind of compensation you get for 24 hours of delay. This is unacceptable.
Good night. Today I had a flight with aerolineas Argentinas from buenos Aires (aero parque) to Santiago. I lost my jacket at the gate and realized when I was already inside the plane. One of the flight assittats advised
Me to get in contact to aerolineas Argentinas to see if it was found and its maybe store with other lost items. It was today around 3pm, I’ll be back in buenos Aires next week and I wouldn’t mind to go to the Airport to get it if it was found by someone on your staff. It was a black leather jacket. Thanks in advance for your help and time.
Currently stuck in Iguazu due to fog. I know that Aerolineas can’t control the weather – but they should train their staff to be helpful. No one is providing any information. No one is answering any questions. No one seems even remotely intetested in helping any passengers or doing anything other than spend time texting on their mobiles.
There are 200 people here in the airport who have no idea what is happening and the only thing we have been told is “flight is delayed”. We’ve found more information by going online than the staff have given us.
It also doesn’t help that the airport lounge has no facilities for food and beverage, and the security team won’t let us leave
I have booked 2 multi city tickets around Argentina for March and I have got email confirmation of reservation but am yet to pay. I’m struggling to do this online. Please can you contact me ASAP as I don’t want to be charged a booking fee. I have tried calling the number but it doesn’t seem to work. Many thanks.
I travel often with Aerolineas and find their company mostly good however during the flight from buenos aires to sydney yesterday i found the flight attendants most lax. I asked for a cup of tea and the attendant was abrupt. During the flight the crew served 2 meals and then were not seen in the cabin after that. If we wanted water or any snack we had to go to the galley.
After the main meal a group of about 10 people stood near the toilets having “happy hour”. Their voices were loud and one girl was screaming her replies. Nobody could sleep for this disturbance. After a while the girl brought a young man with her to the seat in front of me and started to “make love” under a blanket. I reported this to a steward and he said “so what”. There were young children present and i thought this behaviour should not be allowed in front of them. I did think the stewards should have some control over disruptive passengers.
I have been trying to call but after waiting on hold for quite a while then I get dead air. I have called repeatedly and used different phone numbers. I have a client booked on a flight that has had a schedule change. Can some one please get in touch with me. Thank you
Can you please advise me where the nearest ‘aerolineas argentinas ‘ office is in Palermo Soho. I need to pay for airline tickets tomorrow.
Hi My name is Hugo Silva and I have booked a ticket to travel to Bogota using Aerolineas Argentinas.
I am a journalist and I would like to write an article about my trip to South America, the article will appear in my magazine here in Queensland Australia. Could you provide me with an email address so I can forward a copy of the magazine?
The article will be to promote South American destinations including Argentina. Our target market is ‘Seniors and Retirees’ in Qld wanting to travel to South America and since I am travelling with Aerolineas Argentincas I will also like to write about your services.
Kindest regards
hi I have booked a ticket from ushuaia to el calafete for the 12th this month. I am not sure whether my online payment was successful. Does a confirmed itinerary mean payment has gone through? I am very aware that I have only 24hrs to make payment or my reservation for the flight may go. Could you please email me and let me know if the payment indeed did go through. If not give me the link to directly make payment.
please call the airline to check if your ticket was confirmed
What is your Sydney, Australia postal address please.
