On 16th April, Ms. Kritika provided live class online course programme 11th -12th JEE with false commitments. After paying we are now facing a lot of problems. She told us in this course package we will get TAB AND BOOKS, but i have checked with mentor team yesterday, she said no tab is included in our course programme. At the time of registration we clearly told our requirements. We wanted 11 and 12 NCRT based course + JEE with fresh batch & not more than 10 students in the batch. She committed to us teachers will teach full NCRT based books and they will speak English & Hindi for better learning with our selected timings but yesterday we have received an old batch with teacher speaking only in English and 66 students were present in the class. We tried calling the support several times and placing complaint, but the response is poor. We are taking an EMI for this fee of close to Rs 1.3 lakh.
