Well, I have always had bad experience with blue dart courier. They won’t call when they come for delivery even if they have any confusion for the address or availability. That’s why I have never received the courier by Blue Dart on time.
I would never prefer to use Blue Dart couriers but some online shopping sites send the shipments using Blue Dart.
After getting in touch with the company from where I had ordered I came to know that my premises was closed and so I couldn’t receive the order. I am pretty sure that the premises was open with people living inside it and security guarding the building. The worst part is the delivery guy didn’t even try to contact on the given number. Why do we provide our contact details ? Is that for fun sake ? Can’t the delivery guy contact if he doesn’t see anyone in the premises.
I am pretty sure that there was no attempt from your end to deliver my product which is really disappointing and also unprofessional.

I had separately ordered two Redmi Note 5 Pro mobile phones on COD from Xiaomi India.

Your delivery person (Tel: +91 7506935823) called me in the evening today when I and my family were not at home. He later called again around 8 PM and agreed to deliver the parcel tomorrow morning. (Viz., 15th June 2018)
To my complete shock, while your personnel did not even attempt to come over to our apartment (the security personnel and visitor log book is proof), I get an SMS from Blue Dart at 10:20 PM saying that my order has been cancelled-by-me!
My son who had order the other phone (same delivery address) too gets an SMS at the same time, informing that the order has been cancelled-by-us!
Fact is that WE HAVE NOT CANCELLED THE ORDER!
Since I immediately suspected your delivery person, I tried calling him at least 10 times using various mobile as well as my residential landline. He initially did not pick the calls and after a while cut-off the calls.
APART FROM BLUE-DART DELIVERING THE PARCEL TO ME BY TOMORROW AFTERNOON, I would like to file a formal compliant against who-ever responsible for this cheating and unprofessional behavior.
Further more, I intend taking up this matter at the highest level and am planning to come over to your HQ in Bangalore to help investigative the mater, since I am sure many more customers have been cheated by such crooked-delivery personnel, damaging the reputation of your organization.

As you know, we use Blue Dart for quick and safe delivery. But my documents dispatched on 09 March still have not yet been received. After the documents dispatched I received SMS from Blue Dart about the courier dispatching status. Apart from that I did not receive any information about the courier and waited for the same. Yesterday I made call to the customer care No: 044 28241234, they replied that delivery person came to my residence for delivery and due to my absence he returned back.
After returning back why delivery person or concerned office person have no courtesy to inform the same to me. How I can believe that delivery person came to my home for delivery. Past one week, only one time came for delivery, is this reasonable.
I made call to the same customer care no and said that I cant put leave for whole day and sit in my residene for the courier, so I requested to intimate me at least before starting from the Blue Dart Office to my home but the customer person rejected my request. Its very important document and officially I need courier documents before 2.30 pm. Please do the needful.
Blue Dart makes more money compared to other couriers. The company says it is a leader in the courier industry. But this type of activity definitely spoil its name.
My son’s Pan card was delivered at our residence address recently. The boy who delivered it has charged us 50 Rs. When asked for his contact details he refused to give them. This is not good for your company.
My shipment no 43793565550 which was supposed to be delivered on 11th Feb, 2011, was turned back by the Courier boy and he has mentioned on the shipment that I have shifted from the mentioned address. I am still living in the mentioned courier address. Sir, this is really a very casual approach by the Most Expensive Domestic Courier company towards its Customers who are using the services only by seeing Brand Name not the people.
My shipment was supposed to be delivered today between 9:00 to 12:00 IST but still it is not vavailable. I had spoken to blue dart customer care, but no response from their side .

I have already received the Blackberry hard shell and the screen guard after making payment to the courier boy of Blue dart.
I do not understand why such a reputed courier company gave you a wrong feedback.

On the day when the shipment arrived at the Aluva office of Blue Dart, they have made a demand to me to go to their office and collect the consignment.Since it is their responsibility to deliver the item at my home , I have insisted on the same and the item was delivered on the next day.I was waiting for the consignment and have made payment to the courier boy before collecting the item.
I intend to make further purchases from flipkart and this wrong information should not spoil our relationship.
