I bought Acer Aspire 3 from Amazon on 09.09.2020 which was delivered to me on 15.09.2020 and save evening it stopped working and I was not able to start it again I logged a compliant of call center on 16.09.2020 and my Case ID is 3666927I no one visited me to attend my complaint upto 23rd September 2020. On 23rd I manage to get phone number of Area Service Manage he was kind enough to send one guy on 24th September after inpecting my lap top he informed me that mother board was not not working and your replacement will be made available within 6-7 days from Bangalore but today its 21st October 2020 no feedback from their side no one is taking care to forward my further status request I called so many time to call center but of no use I feel cheated and my work have suffered a lot as my old laptop is not working properly just because of which I had to buy a new one. Am a tax consultant and having a peak time as Audit Reports of business class clients have to be uploaded by 31st October, 2020. I cannot work my actual damages suffered to me due to such behaviour of Acer company if I talk in terms of money
I want to return my lap top to company as I am not interest to use a product of such a fraud company any more and would never recommend my clients or anyone to buy any Acer Product even by mistake.
I am cheated and very much depressed don’t know what to do if no action is taken from Acer Co within a day or two I am going to sue them for this act for damarage being faced by me, which I will work when I will file a suit which should not be less than 10 times of the cost of the product
I had very bad experience with your services. no one working and updating in proper way. it’s almost one month, and acer team failed to start my laptop. now i clearly told to acer team, to provide me replacement as i am not ready to replace part. my complaint no
3324047I which i raised on 5/10/2019. mr suresh assured me that case will close on 23/10/2019, but they failed. your person visited at my office along with part on 30/10/2019. but after lots of experiments he couldn’t start my laptop. i think these people are taking customer’s complaints very lightly, that’s why i posted this thing on facebook. but i think that was also not worked. now i gave them one day time, if i didn’t get possitive response from your end, i will defenetly file a case in consumer court against acer.
Acer is the worst company I encountered with respect to customer care.
I purchased a tab-cum-laptop in April 2016. Ever since I brought it home I encountered very serious problem which is disconnection and sometimes re-connection and sometimes not with. it.
A slight movement causes disappearance of hard disk.
It has been sent to service centre 4 times. they send back it with a claim that the problem has been solved but it is not.
I made request of replacement but there was denial.
They are imposing a defected product upon me.
I have no option but to go to the consumer court now.
I had purchased an ACER netbook sl. no. NUSGOSI002219205017600 from Galaxt Computech. in Kolkata on 02 Oct 2012. On 23 Aug 13, I registered a complaint, case ID no. 361931I with Acer toll free no. 1800-300002237. I was advised by the customer care executive to take my netbook to the service centre at the following address: Suprtron House, 2, Cooper Lane, Kolkata – 700 001. However on reaching there I had the worst experiences of my life. First and foremost, the gatekeeper did not allow me to climb the stairs of the building stating that no Acer service centre exists in this building. Only an office is there. I had to literally barge my way through and get into the office. Later one gentleman sitting in the office was kind enough to tell me that the service centre is somewhere else and sent one person to guide me to that place. On reaching the service centre, which was nearby, I was asked for the case ID. However to my shock, I was told by the person who checked the computer records that no such case ID has been registered with his service centre. However the mechanic there was kind enough to examine my netbook and rectify the complaint of my netbook. I am really upset with the way Acer deals with their customers. I will definitely not recommend any of my friends / relatives to go for an Acer Product.
I have purchased an Acer laptop (V3-471G-52454G75-I52450M) from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 17/12/12 vide bill no. 12-258091 . I have also registered the same on your website. At the time of purchase of the laptop, your dealer had assured International warranty for 1 year and additional 2 years of local warranty.
I am a resident of Chennai & recently, when we were facing some issues with the laptop, we took it to the Acer service centre in Chennai (Vadalapani) . We were asked to register a complaint in customer care. I was asked to speak to your Customer care representative who queried me with several questions like – ‘ who bought the laptop’ , ‘the person who paid for the laptop, is he there at the time of registering the complaint’ . After answering all these harassing questions, I was bluntly told that the laptop warranty is NOT covered in Chennai. Even without understanding what the actual problem was, the service centre person very rudely hung up the call.
I feel highly disappointed and cheated to hear that the laptop has NO warranty in the place where we reside. This sort of customer service is extremely harassing, shocking and we did not expect this from Acer. Needless to mention the loss of work I am having to face because of this issue.
I am writing this mail to you hoping that at least now Acer will take some action and resolve this issue for me.
I purchased laptop Aspire 4752Z on dated March 2012. From the date of purchasing to till date i am facing so many issues. Several times i went to service center and they are replacing some parts, but the problem is resolved. I am not very happy with the product. Need it replaced.

I have launched a complain (071112-833) on 11th july 2012, as my Laptop key board was not working properly & it continously gave beeping sound. I called on your toll free no. & talked to ur Customer Care engineer who took the complain. I also visitied the Acer Service Center on 14th July at 5PM 3PM, the Service Center engineer re-checked and confirmed that there is a problem with key board and assured me and told me the key board will be replaced with in 3-4 days. My key board is still not replaced and I am unable to use my Laptop since 5 days. This affects my Office job as well as i am unable to go outstation for office work.

I have launched a complain (060712-561) on 7th june 2012, as My Laptop is taking long time to start,its USB ports are not working properly & the adapter is dead. The Customer Care engineer took the complain and told me the adapter will be replaced with in 3-4 days.As soon as we get approval from company.
After that i have visitied the Acer Service Center on 11th June at 3PM, the Service Center engineer
solved one problem of USB ports that were not working properly,but they gave their used adapter telling me that we have got this piece replaced from company we cant halp u in any way you have to take this only.I called on your toll free no. & talked to ur customer service exicutive he assured me that ur part has been despatched from our side today i.e. on 11th june & you will get within 3-4 working days.But the fellow at ur service station Armee Infotech ,Surat (Gujrat) we not ready accept it in any way.

I have launched a complain (042112-394) on 21st April 2012, as My Laptop is getting re-boot again and again. The Customer Care engineer took the complain and told me this will be replaced with in 7 days.
After that i have visitied the Acer Service Center on 23 April at 3PM, the Service Center engineer Re-checked and confirmed that there is a problem with Hard Disk and assured me to replace with in 7 to 10 Days.

I have bought a Acer Liquid E Ferrari Edition on E Bay on the 12/10/2011 New Unit with a one year warranty. Got the phone loved it was really happy with the product. Then I put the phone on and had a problem with the speaker where i could not hear the other party over the phone. So I took it to the acer service center in Hyderabad Redington Service Sri Vinayaka Electronics and 24 hours done everything working fine. Was very happy with the service. I have used smart phones before and have to say that having a Ferrari designed phone was really loving it no complaints at all. Shocking News …. I got up one morning as usually put my phone for charge and then notice that my phone was not charging at all so i went to the Service centre mentioned above, they take it and i was sure that Acer would get it fixed no worries. Next day i go to collect the phone and he gentlemen over there say ” I am sorry sir we cannot do anything about it the charging port is damaged” i was shocked and then asked him so what now do you want me to do and he says “sorry nothing” Its a 30000 rupees phone he says that nobody can do anything. Then i informed him that the phone was on a warranty he checked it and said give me a minute and then came back and said sorry we still cannot do anything. He actually said and i quote ” It is a damage sir and the beading inside has been damaged and warranty does not cover any damages he said that i must have put the pin incorrectly inside the phone” I asked him to do the same in front of me as you can understand that it is not possible to do so.
I then Advised him to send it to the company and let them tell me it is not possible he said ok it will take 7 – 10 days. I went after 7 days and they say nothing can be done I was shocked and disappointed. 1. I have a one year warranty 2. They say its an internal damage caused by me what else can we do apart from charging the phone (please i would like to know) 3. I spent a huge sum of money and have a phone that does not work.
Then i took the phone to another service centre which is not an acer authorised and they say they can get it done in 300 Rupees but i know that i would lose my one year warranty if it is in any way tampered by anyone apart from Acer authorized centers.
My Questions is
1. Why cant they do it when it is an issue that can be fixed.
2. How is it a damage when it is an internal problem.
3. Is this an ongoing issue with all Acer products or is this one way to make u buy a product which will not work in 2 months.
I would also like to add that I am not looking for a replacement, I am not looking for free service, I Love this phone and just want it fixed by Acer only ………I would like the higher management to look into this ASAP and let me know what needs to be done.

well is it still under warranty? if it is then you can get the screen checked or replaced at an Acer service center.. if it is not under warranty you will have to replace the screen..it looks like your screen is dying or the graphic card is faulty..

I have purchased the above mentioned laptop just one year back on 3rd Oct.-2011 from House Of Laptop,Aundh Branch,Pune.

Hi, I had registered a compliant with Acer customer care through phone on the 22nd of June, 2011 with regards to the replacement of the optical disk drive and the CPU fan of my Acer 5542G laptop while the laptop was still in the original warranty period. The optical disk drive was replace but the technician was unable to replace the CPU fan as it did not meet the physical specifications of my laptop. So the technician clicked the photo of the CPU fan on my laptop and said that he will get a similiar fan. However, there was no response from Acer for a few days. After me following up for some more days another technician came to replace the CPU fan. Same issue again. The heatsink of the CPU fan did not meet the specifications of my laptop. This technician also took the snaps of my CPU fan and said that he will return with the correct CPU fan. However, no response from Acer again. Then I started following up again and this time I insisted on speaking to a superior. I got a person called Ajit who has asked me to wait for another 15 days and he bluntly disconnected the call. Hence, this e-mail. While I was conversing with Ajit he informed me that the response time for closing a part replacement was 3 working days from that day the complaint is registered. Now per the ordeal I’ve gone through I would say that ACER CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. I understand that since they do not have the required part and they are just trying to take me for a ride. Hence, I insist them to replace my laptop.
