I have been charged monthly over 20.00. I’ve noticed recently that so much info is inaccurate, especially for my family members. Suddenly, I was billed for a yearly amount without any notice, unless it goes to spam. I want to cancel and get refund! This is a huge rip-off.

Infuriating! I received a call from my doctor but didn’t take the call because it was not in my address book. I looked on Whitepages.com for the phone number (reverse) and it gave me a person’s name and another address than my doctor’s clinic. I tried to help Whitepages.com correct the error, but there is no avenue for reporting an incorrect number and to provide the correct information (which could be corroborated by
Signed up so I could look up one number and one address. Next thing I’m getting e-mails telling me I’m monitoring the person I looked up. Also told I signed up for Premium which I did not. Called 206-973-5100 and managed to make the right selections to talk with someone. Was told they would remove my subscription and refund money. Hoping that happens quickly. Was told I could ‘turn off monitoring” etc. Why should I have to if I didn’t subscribe to the service?
I tried removing my listing per instructions on whitepages.com and after entering the 4 digit code multiple times the automated system “robot” continues to say “An application error has occurred”, “We are unable to remove your request at this time”.

I bought the $19+ membership today. That’s what DID work. Then I got information that turned out to be incorrect. I’ve tried to re-log in, but you won’t accept my password. I tried to reset my password, but you won’t let me do that either! I’ve tried to reach you (a person), but no human will talk to me. Anyway, I’d nust like to cancel my membership at this point, oh yes, the BBB is my next contact.
It states that I have to create an account to remove my telephone number from the White Pages. I work for the government.This number is showing all my client my personal information such as my home address!!!! I want this removed. I tried to change my password as it was not working and I keep getting an error. Please get back to me immediately.
Without my authority you have put my name address and age in your listing. How did you get the idea that you have the right by law to commit this crime? You even list as my relatives people that are not my relatives with faked names that I cannot locate and ask them why they are listed as my relative. Well, I had enough of getting phone calls from unkown callers at three o’clock in the morning. Myself and similar victims of your criminal activity are going to organize a drive so that you will remove our names from your website immediately. You are going to hear from our attorney in due course.
I just attempted to remove my information off of the “Whitepages” site and their instructions do not work either! I tried to get in touch with a representative with no luck! Obviously you guys are making money off of listing others peoples information (Inaccurately) I may add and I will NOT pay you to remove my listing either. What a joke! I will be contacting higher authorities to put my complaints in.
Does any one have any info as to reporting this company. I too want to remove my info and can’t get ahold of anyone and can’t get into the website to try and remove info as they want a URL address, which I don’t have to give them, in order for them to do anything. So they say. But it seems like even those that have tried still haven’t had luck removing their info. I think it needs to go further but where do we go and if we need to file a class action suit against them since I never gave permission to post my info.

Why does it cost money to look up a phone number now???? I used to be able to go to whitepages.com and get a number that is listed in the phone book for free. Now it cost money. Please don’t tell me that a free service charges to find a publicly listed phone number…
Trying to resolve this through White pages support and nothing has been done as of yet. Tried to call to talk to customer service and there is no one to talk to. Tried emailing them so far no resolution. So as far as I can tell this is considered internet fraud when persons can attached their names to say they live at your address and no one so far is taking it down. This is fraud and they are assisting in fraud. Keep filing complaints and save all documentation. File IC3 with FBI as this to me is considered fraudulent. Is there anyone who can fix this? Its creepy and threatening.

These people have no respect for others privacy. There are pedophiles, rapists, drug dealers, and murderers that all have access to the internet and you go on posting all peoples private information without their consent.

I work in the medical field with violent Drug addicts. I am a single mother of two. I am receiving calls at home from my patients requesting controlled medications…… I am not listed in the phone book, but yet my address is being exploited to the public. There are two names listed for my address that do not belong. Please have these two names removed immediately.
I have been sending e-mails to support and to privacy manager at whitepages for 30 days now and this issue has not been resolved. my general,public,including past history of address and recent address and phone number is being exploited to the unknown public without my authorization. Im not listed in the phonebook. Im single alone and disabled and receiving unknown harrasing callers. Now they know where i live. Im requesting all of my personal identity be removed immediately.
