Purchases of Swiss Travel Pass can be made online using all major credit cards. As for refunds, you can cancel and apply for a Pass refund a day prior to the first date of validity. A cancellation charge of up to 15% is applicable on unused Passes. Used or activated Passes are non-refundable. You cannot use a Pass once you have canceled it.
