Going cashless is the best way, and rightly so. Gone are the days when people carried a stack of cash in their pockets just to purchase items as basic as baby food or toilet paper. Don’t even get us started on those little coin purses people had to carry only to separate the change from notes. Electronic alternatives to traditional paper money arrived and took the world by storm. Needless to say that these alternatives are here to stay because of their hassle-free and environment-friendly ways. PayPal, an American company, was one of the pioneers in the movement. Currently owned by eBay, it is one of the widely used services with an active customer base of around 286 million. Originally launched under the name Confinity, PayPal is a household name in many countries. PayPal boasts an impeccable customer service and grievance redressal system. If at all a user faces issues, there are multiple ways through which one can get in touch with them. A few of those are listed below.

Write to Them
The easiest way to reach out to the customer support team at PayPal is by simply writing to them. You can do this via the PayPal app or through the website itself. After you log on to the official PayPal website, you will need to enter your login credentials. After having typed in the login credentials, you need to head over to the “Help” section of the website. After scrolling down, you will be able to locate the “Contact us” option at the foot of the page. Click on the “message us” option on the next window. You have the option of chatting with the virtual assistant, or you can write a message/e-mail. You will be required to fill in your details, such as the e-mail Id, followed by briefly typing in the issue that you are facing. Hit that send button, and you are good to go!

The Resolution Centre
After logging in to your account and heading over to the “Contact us” page, you will be able to see an option for “Resolution center. Here is your one-stop to report any issue that you might be facing against the transactions you have made via your PayPal account. You will be able to select the date of your transaction, add filters, and even search for your transaction by using key words. After the system pulls out the list of transactions, you will be able to report the transaction you have had any issue with. The method will save you the hassle of having to remember transaction dates and whatnot. PayPal also has a “Ask the community” option, where the users may either post their problems or reach a resolution by reading about the issues faced by others and the solutions they arrive at.

Call Support
Well, this is as easy as it gets. Pick up that phone and dial 1800 419 9833 from your cell phone. You will be greeted by an interactive voice response system. After listening to the IVR options, press the desired number for the selection that you deem most fit for your query category. The IVR may then connect you with the customer service representative, who will try to address the issue.
