I bought the PC Pavillon online couple months ago. It was taking forever to get deliver. Now I’m having problem with the PC won’t turn on. I took it to the HP Service Centre in Serpong, Tangerang. It is still under warranty and they said it would take about 3 days to fix it. But now it’s been a week my PC still not fixed yet. I called them and asked for couple times and they always have different problem for my PC. First motherboard but then it still didn’t work then the LCD still didn’t work, not sure what the problem is. It sounds that they didn’t check the error correctly in the first place?? I think HP technician need more training and try to understand the technical problem of the product in the beginning not only try and error to fix it.
I’m new customer of HP and I experienced unpleasant services.
Until now I haven’t got my PC yet and I really need that to work.
Hope that HP Indonesia will take a note on this.

Previously HP was my favorite and trusted brand (I owned more than 5 HP products). But I’m very disappointed with my ENVY HP Spectre XT 13-2002TU, bought 7 Nov 2012 , Product Serial Number CND23100PM, Product No. B6V01PA#AR6, Guarantee card no A 1674844. After updating the HP software, it couldn’t ‘booting’. I brought to HP Service Center (jakarta Selatan) and after 3 weeks, I got info that the problem was the ‘smart hard disk’ reasoning caused by several possibilities of mis used such as felt down, using in the car / unstable condition / not proper closing the laptop etc that I never done. I’m very seldom used the laptop ( 1/3 buying price 1 year ago). Is it worth to pay ? Again I am VERY DISAPPOINTED about this matter especially value of my last HP product.
I used a HP Deskjet Ink Advantage All-in-One series K209 with my Acer Travelmate laptop and have no problem. But now I change my laptop to a Acer Aspire One with a Windows 8 version notebook but could not download the printer driver since the notebook does not come with a cd driver slot. Loading the driver from the HP site failed several times because of the large file. I finally download and now using the Basic Driver whch works well but unfortunately I am not able to scan.
How do I get the scanner to work ?
I bought Hp Mini 110-4112TU on 27 April 2012 with 12 months warranty. There was problem with LCD on 25 January 2013 and I have asked HP Service Center on Menara Bank Danamon Jakarta to repair. I just received email from kartika (hp support) with quotation of replacement spare parts without explanation of problem of LCD and warranty.
I have a problem on my laptop HP Elitebook 8560p, the fan is not running correctly, I need to replace it. Where can I go for that?
Recently, I had bought HP OH3508… and when I put the cartridge from the package (type 702) it says that the cartridge was not the correct one for this type of printer.
Keyboard of my HP netbook is not in good order. one or a few letters disappear randomly when i type it.
1. Must I change the keyboard or it can be still repaired ?

can I reach the service center to change a part? My HP laptop is over heating and I think it has damaged the graphic card..hopefully once I replace the card..things should be fine again
