Formerly known as the Staples Center, the Crypto.com Arena is a multi-purpose indoor stadium, known for being the prime attraction of the Los Angeles Live Development Program. Situated in Downtown Los Angeles, the arena serves as the home ground for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA) as well as the Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League (NHL) – two of the most successful sporting organizations the country has ever seen. In addition to that, the venue also hosts a variety of different events, including the popular MTV Video Music and Grammy Awards.

Making the arena even more special is its immediate accessibility via numerous transportation and roadway options. For starters, visitors arriving from either the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) or the Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) can easily reach the venue using the 110 Freeway South. And public transportation is always available via the metro. With that being said, if you are looking to book a parking slot at the Crypto.com Arena and want to know the necessary steps for the same, then our in-depth guide can come in handy.

What are the Parking Options Available

The Crypto.com Arena features around 3,300 parking spaces, enough to allow large crowds to park their vehicles at the venue. As of the current day, there are only four parking lots that are available for parking to the public – LOT W, LOT E, LOT C, LOT SW VIP, LOT 9, LOT 4, and LOT 1. LOT W (West Garage) and LOT E (East Garage) remain open every day from 6 AM to 2 AM (local time), with timings varying during holidays.

On the other hand, LOT C and LOT 1 will open only two and a half hours before the start of an event taking place at the arena. The rest of the lots will open only 90 minutes before the start of an event and will only remain staffed for 60 minutes after an event at the arena concludes. As a result, no overnight parking privileges are available for any of the above-mentioned parking lots at the Crypto.com Arena.

When it comes to parking information for specific vehicles, it should be known that space for oversized vehicles is limited. As a result, booking for oversized vehicles such as buses or RVs must be made at least 10 days prior to the event taking place. Also, you must know that oversized vehicles will not be accepted at LOT 1 and an additional fee will be charged.

Talking about motorcycle parking, the designated parking space is in the West Garage at Level P1. Additionally, bicycle parking is allowed at Level P1 of the East Garage as well as on the south side of the Crypto.com Arena. Apart from the places mentioned above, bicycles cannot be parked at any other location. Lastly, keep in mind that no towing or tailgating is allowed at any of the previously mentioned parking spaces.

Finally, remember that complimentary AAA roadside assistance to fans during the home games for the LA Kings and LA Lakers. To obtain such a service, you can get in touch with the relevant authorities via phone at (800) 400-4222 and (800) 628-CLUB.

If you have booked a prepaid parking pass and want to cancel the same before your arrival, then you can do so by calling the Crypto.com Arena parking authorities via phone at (213) 742-PARK (7275) or via email at [email protected].
