Zerodha is an online trading platform launched in the year 2010. The company, founded by Nithin Kamath, allows members to buy and sell financial instruments such as stocks, futures and options. The services include Equity Trading, Derivatives Trading, Currency Trading and Commodity Trading. Headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka, the discount broking firm employs over 600 associates. Zerodha charges nothing for equity investments, but only charges for intraday trades. Funds can be transfered to Zerodha account from over 20 different partner banks.   1. Zerodha has utter disregard in protecting customer interests. Here is an example.

    Though the trader has margin money, it sets the order type as MIS just because the previous order happens to be so. Such orders are accepted without warning or reconfirmation. Without alerting the gullible trader, such orders are simply squared off in the market at market at 3.20. The F&O orders with MIS type going in as default causes havoc and heavy losses to the customer.
    When I brought this loss and stupidity of the ordering system to Zerodha system, the answer was quite insensitive, saying the system is designed so, and the customer should be aware of avoiding such death traps.

I am communicating with you from few months for closing my demat account my client id is XL5090 but i am still getting system genrated email can you just close my demat account as i am not using it for trading because that was the worst day when i opened demat witb zerodha. I dont need to know anything just want that the demat of mine should be close within 5 to 7 days.
    This time take it seriously and do the needful done with immediate effect as i dont want to connect with Zerodha.

    Pathetic !!
    Support is anyway pathetic, even the complaints and compliance team is worst. Tickets remain unanswered for weeks and weeks. Bad service and reliability.

  4. There is a login issue in Kite. I am unable to access my account. I don’t have a pi installed in my mac. I have been calling to all known customer service numbers of Zerodha. All numbers are busy. What sort of support is this? I already placed order but now I can’t exit my placed ordered even can’t see what’s going on my placed an order. How much loss or profit I will make and if there is loss so how can stop my loss. Who is responsible for my loss if I can’t exist my placed order? Please help me about my money. No response from anybody, Feeling really bad. This is not the kind of support, I expected from an organization 10 years old.

  7. why the intraday charts are not displaying along with the
    Zerodha trader terminal? Moreover why are not linked with the zerodha nest trader market watch. Even though, now you have to change your attitude regarding the customers problems. Everyone saying that we could not contact the customer care center the through the customer care number. Please change towards the customers’ grievences and settle by giving direct nest plus live charts to the zerodha market watch to your traders.

  8. Very bad way of asking people to contact zerodha, it asks zpin, which there is no way of generating if the email address is wrong and forgot the login password. There should be a way to bypass and call the customer service. Too bad

    I have opened the Zerodha accoint and paid online for account opening , in further process i facing problem and net getting the process completed

    I contacted Zerodha on 8750072020 but not getting proper response
    request to please do needful and get the process completed ,otherwise refund my money

  10. Service is pathetic. Tried to login with clinet code and Zpin, saying wrong input. Several time reset the z pin, still not able to contact these support people. Very bad. Lost trading opportunity

  11. I am going to open a demat account with Zerodha. I want to add nominee there as well. Could you plz guide me in detail what exactly required for nominating a person? I meant is Witness signature required on the form while filling nomination form. What is mandatory and what not?

    I am unable to contact customer care.I have lost my 10,000 rupees in kite zerodha software.No one is replying the phone. So now I am going to complaint police about the matter if I will not get reply from zerodha immediately. Worst trading software & worst customer care service of all broker’s in market.I really advice new beginners not to open account in zerodha.Also not to believe the trading video makers when they suggest to open account in zerodha. These people are having commission from zerodha. They all are having chain system.

    My trade :

    Below Scenario for Weekly Banknifty Expiry 21st June 2018
    Spot Price of banknifty when entered into trade was 26562
    NRML trade on 15th June 2018 and want to exit on 21st June 2018.
    Sell 26000PE @ 25.00 and Sell 27000CE @ 32.00
    SL Buy @ 50 order for Sell 26000PE (trigger pending)
    SL Buy @ 57 order for Sell 27000CE (trigger pending)

    Situation:
    In case market suddenly turned bullish or bearish by 600 points

    My query is as below on above situation:

    1) Will my trade exit at the above mentioned stop loss order (When buyer is available)
    2) Will my trade exit at the above mentioned stop loss order (When buyer is not available)
