I have used the text message system for a long time and like it that I get a text to recorder and then a rest when the prescription is ready. I received a text message that my prescription was read for pickup. When I got there to pick it up, I was told that it is on back order. This has never happened to me. I was told by the pharmacy assistant not to reply on the text message system.
I’ve been using the Shawline Dr. Walmart pharmacy in San Diego for 3 years and have never had to pay for my diabetic syringes or prescriptions but on the last order for my prescriptions I was told there was a $4 charge for my syringes. I checked with medical and it says I’m supposed to receive my diabetic syringes for free I was just wondering why I was told there was a $4 charge. I had the pharmacy take syringes off my order so I could get the rest of my prescriptions.
I had to pickup a RX for my wife. I checked Goordrx before I left home. The GoodRx site informed me that I needed to pay $9.19 for my wifes RX using GoodRx. When I got to the pharmacy, they told me and charged me $22.08 for the Rx. I asked about the difference in prices. They said that GoodRx is not a guarenteed price. I paid for the Rx as my wife needed it. I believe that I should have received the GoodRx price. That was displayed to the shopping public.
I went to your Morris,Il WalMart tonight at 7:39 pm to get a Covid booster. The pharmacist Travis told me that they could not do a booster this late in the evening because of staffing. The pharmacy closes at 9:00 pm. I was so confused that there were two employees at the store but I couldn’t receive a booster when it was one hour and forty minutes before they close. Also, I drove 25 miles to get there after work to be turned away. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional way to treat people.
Yesterday I had a very positive experience with your On Line Pharmacy. Her name is Cindy in customer service. There was a glitch in my refill order and Walmart was not part of the problem. Cindy, along with her supervisor made the necessary arrangements in order for my prescriptions to be overnighted. Their quick responses expediting my order along with showing a genuine care for me is reason enough to always use your fine services.
