Vyve is in my opinion a horrible company. Itโs like fighting with the IRS. You canโt win! I had a work order done & then I received my next bill which has gone up $8 but thatโs not the problem. Vyve is trying to tell me I upgraded – nothing has changed – NOTHING. I still have bad service but am being charged more.
I have had nothing but bad television service sine vyve took over as our cable provider. We had a service man out last week to fix the problem and he was unable to do much.He stated the the problem was with the line coming into the area and we weren’t the only ones having issues. He said he would put in a work order for it and a week later nothing has changed. We are paying for channels we can’t watch. How long must it take to get help with this.We will be switching to Direct if these issues are not taken care by the end of the month
