I am waiting for days for a reply from Tripsta. We have to cancel 6 tickets to Seychelles due to serious illness. There is now way to contact them.

After booking flights with Tripsta for myself and my wife from France to Australia I needed to cancel or rearrange the flights because of an unexpected hospital stay. I tried to contact Tripsta by phone but the numbers were unobtainable. After emailing them I received a generic reply stating I had to contact the Airline direct. I spent 3 hrs trying to rearrange the flights with Swiss International only to be finally told that it could only be done through Tripsta. The only number they had for Tripsta was in Greece, non English speaking! On calling Swiss Airlines again I was told that they could do nothing. I am now in a situation where I am in the middle of two companies who seem unable either to speak to me or find a solution. I will never use Tripsta again and advise anyone else not to do so. Their customer service and contactability is apalling.
Tripsta took a higher amount from my credit card than was on the invoice. They sent no documentation whatsoever saying that extra charges would be taken. For a week I have been trying to contact them via email and the various phone numbers they post around the world. No replies to emails and none of the phone numbers works – not one. I would strongly advise anyone against using this company and will report my experience on Trip Adviser and all the usual forums to make sure everyone is warned about them. It is possible that they are skimming off $30-50 dollars extra off every customer without telling them, knowing that the amount is not enough for most people to take legal action against them – but it all adds up to a massive extra profit for them. In my case I can get legal advice for free so I shall definitely not give up pursuing my case against them.
USA phone number is not a working number. Email is a no answer to my question with no other information on how to solve the problem. Will now try to cancel reservation. Hope that is a better option. Hope I get my money back as well. Don’t feel real confident.

I am following up on my request for a refund. Its now been a full month since my travel date and I have still not received my refund.
I have sent 4 emails and have sent the contact us form 3 times as well.

We booked with Tripsta for 4 passengers on Air India. This flight was cancelled by Air India and we were informed our tickets will be refunded. However, since the booking was made through Tripsta the refund request has to be done by them. They don’t have a proper customer service number. I got an email informing that a refund request has been made, but no information after that and its more than 1 month now. Will never use Tripsta again
I have been trying to contact someone from Tripsta to cancel my Singapore Airlines booking due to a family tragedy. They will not reply to my emails other then a generic reply and this does not help. Their customer service is very poor and I will deal with this company again. I suggest anyone that reads this post checks the contact details first or better still avoids using this company. This is urgent. Ive booked and paid for a flight from East London to Capetown on 24/11 , this flight has been cancelled by way of phone call to your office and having spoken to an agent called John. He advised that the refund would be made to my credit card. To date I have not sighted this refund and also I have sent 2 emails to the customer care for contact information . I bought a ticket and I need to add a stop (modification)to my ticket plus at the same time add another ticket for my girlfriend and we want to travel together so we need the help of one of your agents but I have tried most of your phones even stayed 1:53 hours waiting on your number for Spain until someone simply hang up and I was left unattended, so how can I make these changes and new ticket plus an hotel reservation happen? is there a phone line I can use to get attention, I have sent the contact form and the response was to contact the airline which I did but they tell me that they still don’t have the ticket so they cant make changes…
Due to a injury I have to change my booking from Australia to Germany. We tried for hours in Germany, were told to be called back (did not happen since 3 days), sent emails to Germany and Australia Tripsta offices and did not get answers. They rip people off. Never again.
I tried to book a ticket for my wife from Melbourne (AUS) to Varna (BUL). I was really fast – entered all data requested within a minute. Pressed “PAY” and then nothing! Received a message on the screen that “the fare is no longer available”, received NO booking, no email, but my card has been charged with almost $1000!!!
Tried to call their customer support – it is supposed to get you transferred Only if you enter your booking number, which I DID NOT receive! Amazing!
Furthermore – I’ve been directed by the automatic system reply to submit my request through the online enquiry form. Done. Then I received a message that I’ll get an email with confirmation for this – guess what – NO email!!!

I booked a flight to New York from Vancouver the wrong way around i.e. outgoing NYC – Van on Thursday then return Van – NYC on Sunday instead of outgoing Van – NYC on Thursday and return NYC to Van on Sunday. My name is Olga and I Booked a flight for my mother and aunt from JFK to Rome March 31st to April 8. A few weeks later, I received an email from the agency telling me about a change in flight. This change was the layover. The Layover was supposed to be 4 hours but it changed to 12 hour. After my mother and aunt flew 3 hours and waited 12 hours at the airport, there was a delay and they had to wait 3 more hours. My mother and aunt were supposed to land at JFK AT 2230, but due to the delay, they landed at 0200 in the morning. They got home at 03:00 and with only 3 hours of sleep, they have to go to work. This was a huge inconvenient for my family because they had to buy food, didn’t get any sleep in 24 hours, etc. In addition, Longer flights are cheaper than shorter flights. Therefore, if I knew this flight was going to be this long or if I wanted to be on a long flight, I would’ve paid less money. I deserve and am requesting a reimbursement for this flight.

I have made an online booking through TripSta site, they confirmed at point of sale and have collected money from my account, however, no confirmation has been issued and now I am left in the dark. Their contact lines do not allow you through without a booking reference code (which I do not have). I have filled out the online e-form to their customer service team twice but no reply.
They take your money, do not provide the promised service and then make it impossible to contact them!
It’s impossible to reach anyone on the Tripsta number. I’ve tried calling the US, the UK, and other places but all I get is a recording and when I put in my confirmation code, it is rejected. I’ve emailed them 3 times and have yet to receive a reply. They are unprofessional, have zero customer service and and only have a recording when you call. I will never, ever book through them again. Tell the world. One last thing, when I did book my initial flight, I was given a menu of extra charges linked to the credit card I was using. For mine, it said zero then I was charged over $20. When I complained, they claimed I was lying and that the price was listed but it was not.

You never sent me my booking confirmation. I have messaged you through your website numerous times already and you still have not replied. Either you contact me and give me the information you should have given me already OR I will file suit against you. This is bullshit!
It won’t be the first time I have filed suit against a company that treated its customers in a manner considered to be illegal in the USA. We’ve got laws that protect us from inept predatory companies like yours!

I tried to book online yesterday 17february 2018, for a flight from Tokyo to Senegal. This flight is supposed to leave tomorrow 19 February 2018 at 10pm. But I did not receive any confirmation email and my money was deducted. I sent you many email on your website but nothing. Please kindly reply to my request. If no reservation or booking why my money is already deducted.
Upon arriving at Berlin airport, Turkish Airlines did not have my booking registered on their system. Luckily, they were able to issue me with boarding cards until Seoul but they were not able to issue me with boarding cards for my final Seoul – Busan flight.
Once I arrived in Seoul I had 1 hour and 10 minutes to go through immigration so that I could collect my luggage and check back in. The staff at the airport tried to hurry me through to no avail. I was not able to catch the flight.
This resulted in an extra 3 hours added to my journey time, making it a total of 30 hours. I also had to pay for a train to Busan and a taxi fair to get me home as it was midnight by the time I arrived there. The extra cost came to an additional 112,200? which works out at about £74.00.
Had Tripsta booked me on the flights that I had paid for, Turkish Airlines would have been able to provide me with a boarding card for the full journey. This would have ensured that the delays and extra payments would not have been necessary.
I called Tripsta on 30.01.2018 at 17:04 (UTC+09:00) and spoke to Adrian who said I would receive an email to resolve this matter in 48 hours. This email has not arrived. I sent an email via the contact form on 03.02.2018 and have not received any kind of reply.
I will not be using Tripsta for any further travel.
