Not the first time I used Traveloka but it is the first time I received such a lousy service from them! It’s time for the management/shareholders to look into their performance! It really sucks! 1 months plus and they can’t even solved my issues and the staff even agreed it is hard to get their manager to return consumer’s call!
Worst experience with Traveloka. Paid and got confirmation but no service received. Paid processing fee for nothing. It is just full of junk and really a waste of time.
I booked a flight in QATAR AIRWAYS using Traveloka only to find out that my name was written twice. I have been contacting Traveloka for full refund of my ticket since my name cannot be changed and it is what was advised of me from Qatar Airways. However, THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO MY CONCERN. Bad service!
I have written numerous email regarding them to send a copy of my flight ticket Eva Air #303353779 Trip from Hong Kong to Taipei – Taipei to San Francisco on 29 th June 2018. Three emails gone to CS Traveloka still no reply.
I HAVE REQUESTED FOR THEM TO EXTEND MY TICKET FROM SCOOT FOR 6 MONTHS ALL I GET IS JUST A BUNCH OF **. I CALLED SCOOT TO CROSS CHECK THE INFORMATION I GET FROM TRAVELOKA SAYING MY TICKET HAVE BEEN EXTENDED BUT SCOOT NEVER GOT TRAVELOKA REQUEST. TRAVELOKA MAY HAVE LIED. THEY JUST PLAY YOU UP UNTIL YOU GET TIRED AND WITHDRAW YOUR INTENSION TO EXTEND YOUR TICKET.
I have been trying to get a refund on my tickets from traveloka for the last 100days, all o get is a computer generated message stating that it takes up to 90 days to get a refund and please to be patient.
I will never use this company.
We booked flights from Phuket to Bangkok via Traveloka for 2 January 2018 at 09h00. Our payment was made and tickets issued. The airline was THai Lion. When we got to the airport at 07h00 there was nobody at Thai Lion. Inquiries desk at the airport advised that we wait at check in counter 23 and 24 which we dod for pver an hour.
At 08h15 we went to the Thai Lion desk which just opened to ask what was happening and were advised that the flight was cancelled on 16 December 2017.
When asked why were not notified, were told by Thai Lion that the flight was booked through Traveloka and they (Traveloka) were to have notified us. We were never notified by Traveloka and as a result, we missed our international connecting flight. We had to book new flights at a cost to us all through the negligence and unprofessional conduct of Traveloka.
I have written to Traveloka and they have not even had thr courtesy to respond or even acknowledge their shortcomings.
Be careful with these people, they are unprofessional and just want your money with no back up service or responsibility for their actions.
Traveloka is guilty of selling under false pretenses. My wife booked a return Air Asia flight for two passengers from Denpasar to Singapore on 5th April 2017 (Dep 10 Apr ret 16th Apr). The total price shown throughout the transaction was just over IDR 4.000.000. However after the payment online was processed, the bank informed us that the actual cost exceeded the stated price by over 2 million rupiah. And the e-ticket that was sent via messenger contained no price details. Traveloka quotes a low ticket price to hook a customer and then charges them more; much more. The Call Centre Chat simply tells you that there is nothing you can do about it. But is this true? Legal advice and class action needed here. Traveloka Booking ID#144403281
