About The Little Clinic
The Little Clinic is an American retail healthcare chain operating since 2003. Part of The Kroger Co, The Little Clinic provides affordable healthcare across locations in Kentucky and other regions in the country. The clinics are mostly located in select Kroger, Fry’s, and Dillons stores across Ohio, Kansas, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arizona, Georgia, Indiana, Virginia and Colorado. The Little Clinic also works closely with Covenant Health, Results Physiotherapy, St Vincent, UC Health, University of Colorado, and Virginia Commonwealth University. The brand has a mission to “simplify healthcare by creating solutions that combine health, wellness and nutrition”.
You can locate a clinic by zip, city or state using the clinic locator on the website. The clinics are staffed by certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants. They provide care for many treatments and even write prescriptions when needed. The locations are open seven days a week. Charges may vary based on the level of care. You can pay by cash as well as major credit cards. The clinics also accept most insurance plans.
You can visit The Little Clinic for treatment of most common illness, minor injuries, for skin conditions, vaccinations, injections, screenings and dietitian services. You can now schedule an appointment on the website. Additionally, one can conveniently pay bill online. Bills can be paid on the website with account number and Visa or MasterCard. If you need a copy of medical record, you can fill the Authorization Form on the website and fax or email the form. For more information or queries on locations, payment, appointment, or others, reach the The Little Clinic support.
What is the point of being a walk In clinic if you are booked all day with appointments? Walked in at opening and was told it would be 12:40 for the next opening.
Went in September for a slight sinus infection, gave my insurance info. I asked if there was a co-pay, she said, “No, you’re all set.” I would not have even stayed if she even said that there might be a co-pay! Two months later, I got a bill for $20.00. This is total bull!!!!
I went to your Minute Clinic on Saturday, knowing myself & health, I took an RX cough medicine & inhaler because I knew I had bronchitis. Your nurse took my vitals, listened to me coughing and would not prescribe the inhaler OR cough medicine that I had from a previous bout of bronchitis! Instead she told me to take Dayquil and Nightquil! Not even an antibiotic because she said it was “viral”! Come Monday, and NO RELIEF, I sought out my NP at my doctor’s office who confirmed it was bronchitis! I got my RX inhaler, cough medicine AND antibiotic! Minute Clinic was only good for ruling out strep for my doctor’s office. Thanks but no thanks EVER AGAIN!
I took my mom to the Little Clinic last Friday for a UTI. I checked mom in and it said there was a 5 1/2 hr wait, but there were only 2 people in the waiting area and no one at the desk. I spoke to a man in the waiting area and he said, yes it said that when he checked in, but he assumed it was incorrect because there was no one there, but him and the other lady waiting. When the woman finally came out from the back I asked her and she said the clinic was booked up all day and it was at least a 5 hr wait. I pointed out there was no one waiting except me and mom and the other two people and she said the whole schedule was taken up with appointments. Isn’t this a walk-in clinic? Whose genius idea was it to allow people to book appointments? What sick person wants to sit in a hard chair for 5+ hrs waiting to be seen? That is so stupid and inefficient. If they have the free time to make an appointment then let them call their doctor. It completely negates the convenience of a walk-in clinic to take appointments and book up the entire schedule.
I took my son to the Little Clinic for an appointment for the first time. I was early. We walked in and went over to the pharmacy area and there was a line of about 12 people. It is so understaffed that it took a long time to even ask if I was in the right location. I wasn’t.
When I made it to the clinic in another part of the store, they said I missed my appointment and they couldn’t take my son, not even for a walk-in, unless someone canceled their appointment and they were booked for the rest of the day. This is described as a walk-in clinic, but they don’t take walkins unless an appointment cancels? I will never go back there. Ever.
I had to use Little Clinic Kroger’s location in Harriman TN as my place to receive an employee requested physical and TB test. I had to pay for this out of my pocket. During the physical, the doctor/Nurse Practioner notified me that I had a lot of pressure in my left ear indicating that an ear infection was coming. I asked her for an antibiotic to which she replied, no, you will need to make another appointment for that. ????? What??? She proceeded to explain that the physical appointments were only $59 and the “sick” appointments were $99 and that is what I needed to make. I left disturbed and sure enough, two days later had an ear infection that has really got me sick. I just wanted to say, I won’t be back to Little Clinic for care because it is evident they care more about the money than they do their patients! It is a shame really!
I set up several appointments through your service. I was originally unaware that my appointments were to be in person at clinics over two hours away. Apparently I successfully canceled those appointments. Then, after more confusing searches I found the Virtual Appointment in the drop down menu. You have to scroll past several options before that option shows on your screen. I successfully scheduled an appointment for today at 8:20 am. Yesterday I got a confirmation that I had an appointment at 10:20 am. What I did not read is that it was EDT. I assumed that I had an appointment for 10:20 MDT. Why would you send information that is confusing to anyone who does not live on the east coast? I will not be paying your $20 missed appointment fee.
I have an appointment tomorrow at the Little Clinic at Krogers on Main Street of Centerville, Ohio 545458 at 2:40pm. I want to cancel it, but I called and waited through about 15 options before it said press 1 to talk to someone. I did that and the phone rang for over 3 minutes. It never went to any voice Mail. So I got on line and went the Little Clinic website in Centerville. There was no way to contact on there either – just the same telephone number. Get real.
