I purchased tickets to an event at TD garden. I never received my tickets. After two days of many calls and hours spent on phone with ticket master, I decided to call the Garden directly. I spoke to Dustin, he was kind polite and caring. I was full of anxiety, i had spent an extreme amount of money on these ticket and Dustin handled the situation with ease.
He got to the bottom of the problem called me back and made my day!
I wish there were more representatives like Dustin. Thank you for everything Dustin.
Something has to be done about all those distracting adds when I’m trying to watch the game. Never was like that before. Your ruining the game.
I am writing to say that I am completely angry with the way that things transpired at our Disney on Ice trip on Monday Feb 18th. Every year we take a group of children to this event, and every year we have an exceptional time. However, this year we arrived early, the ushers ( your ushers that are paid to complete that one task) took our tickets and lead us to our seats. 20 mins into the show that same usher named Bob, told us we needed to show him our tickets and get up because we’re in the wrong seats. He proceeds to move us a row down. Again a while later people tell us that we’re in their seats. So again, we move. 2 adults and TEN KIDS. Finally we are settled and find out that 2 of the seats were wrong. So after paying over $200.00 for tickets, 100 dollars for food 10 light up toys at 30 dollars a piece and 6 snow cone cups for 12 dollars a piece. The kids were crying because they were confused. I cried because I was angry, and I feel that we we’re cheated out of a good experience.
