stockholm metro customer serviceStockholm Metro is a subway system in Stockholm, Sweden that began operations in the year 1933. The metro is locally popular as Stockholms tunnelbana and has 7 lines and connects more than 100 stations. The metro transports close to 1 million travellers each day.

Travellers need to possess a credit (reskassa) on SL Access card or single use travelcard for travel. Tickets can be purchased at the stations or using smartphone through SL app. There are red, blue and green lines that stretches from Kungstradgarden, Hjulsta, Akalla, Norsborg, Ropsten, Fruangen, Morby centrum, Akeshov, Skarpnack, Alvik, Farsta strand, Hasselby strand and Hagsatra. The main Stockholm Central Station (T-Centralen Metro station) is open from Monday to Saturday from 6:30am to 23:15pm and on Sunday from 7am to 23:15pm. Customer service is open round-the-clock, the entire week.

As for tickets, there are travelcards and zone tickets. Tickets can be purchased at the SL Center, at Metro and commuter railway stations and through ticket machines. Single use travelcards can be purchased for 24 and 72 hours. All fares can be managed in the SL Access smart card. Commuters can travel in the entire SL network using the SL Access card

There are also travelcards that are available for 7 days and even longer. Zone tickets are available from ticket machines and from SL Center. Zone tickets can be purchased for travel in one, two or three zones.
