I bought 3tickets from Tel Aviv to Bucharest. First of all i had to email two times to customer service asking to receive my tickets as it was pending three or four days. When they answer me i was told that they did not find my reservation. After sending my confirmation reserve when i received my tickets i asked 3 times if the tickets number that were sent were valid also for my return as i received all the 3 e-tickets together and not each one separated depart and return. Again i sent 3 emails to the customer service and did not receive any answer. This kind of service is not expected from a travel agency.
