So annoyed. I go to order a personalised iphone 13 case from the skinny dip london app, it took my money and do not let me personalise it! Tried to contact with obviously no response. I don’t want to shop here again.
I’m completely impossible to get a refund out of this company – an error on the website resulted in the dispatch of an incorrect item. Despite immediately contacting the company (apparently there was no way of stopping the order shipping) I received the incorrect item. I returned it – provided proof of postage and never got my refund. I did however get the same automated response ever time I chased. Their error. My money – gone.
