It is unbelievable how Six Flags is still working. The website is a trash piece of IT with errors and non-functional. No one answers the phone is impossible to reach out to someone that can at least clarify one question. Considering the service support, I am not confident in the safety of this thing.
Went on June 13, 2019 with my family had a great time, roller coasters are truly a blast. One big gripe however, lost my iPhone on Colossus, my fault, filled out a lost and found slip on line as directed. I later ping the phone and it was exactly where I had lost it so I figured maybe I would be lucky and the phone would not be completely ruined. I also new that I had to wait until the park closed for the operators to locate the phone. I left detailed directions as to where it was located and waited the next day. Well the next day I pinged my iPhone again and noticed that it had been moved to the front of the park so I figured great they would be contacting me. No response in fact got a response from email saying that the phone had not been found. So I updated the report saying that the phone must be with them as it was pinging from the front of the park still no response.
This wouldn’t be so bad however you cannot call and talk to a human on the phone it is all automated so I wait wondering if I will ever hear from them. Really poor guest relations in fact I was formally a director of operations for another theme park with Guest Relations reporting up to me and you could call and speak to someone living.
Did you ever get it back? I am having the EXACT same thing happen. Pinged under X2 and then at Guest Services, but no report of it being found
On Thursday April 27,2017 my family & I visited your amusement park. It was truly a memorable day for us! Our youngest son is Autistic & it normally takes him time to trust someone nevertheless a character. But as soon as he saw Bugs Bunny he went running to get close to him. Bugs Bunny try to give him a high five but notice our son was still not ready to get close enough to him so he waive hi to our son instead. Our son started jumping up & down & smiling. Soon after Bugs earn his trust they were both playing together, walking around Bugs Bunny’s world, sitting together, giving high fives & Bugs Bunny imitating our son. During this whole time the person inside the character had no idea our son was autistic. Our son stayed close to Bugs during the time he was out. He truly love interacting with Bugs, we ended up taking him to see him from 2-2:30pm, 3-3:30pm & 4-4:30pm. Each time Bugs would come out he would give high five to our son. The young lady who was watching over Bugs was very sweet as well, I believe her name was Morgan. Anyhow my family & I would truly like this humble carrying person inside the character to be recognized for his/hers humble heart. I would love to share with you videos & pictures I took of them two together. Being an Autistic family we are used of the stairs & criticism from strangers. But for someone to go out of there way to brighten our son’s day not so much so. My family & I are season pass holders & will continue to be loyal guess. Please contact me!
