Bad customer service. Paid 230 for 2 flash passes. Walked to the top and was told that this was now the employee entrance. Not the flash pass entrance. I told them that my lady was saying that her feet hurt from walking and from work and Noah the supervisor says “ If she doesn’t work here her feet doesn’t u der stand pain” I thought the gut was joking. So I stood there. He wasn’t. Then Noah as a supervisor says you need to go back down around and back uo unless you paid for an employee pass.” I felt that his customer service was bad so I told him how I felt. He said look this is my job I am the supervisor here and you have to go around, and got more and more aggressive as I told him that he should be retrained. There’s more to this story but for the most part Noah ruined my fright fest experience. Everything spiraled from there
