Hello, I hope you can help. We live in Canada in Edmonton AB. We have an apartment in Mexico in San Miguel de Allende, GTO. There we have a new WF18H5000A / 5200A washer dryer. The rubber diaphragm / gasket around the loading door has torn. We have repaired it ourselves with some glue but I would like to replace it with a new gasket. .
How can we buy the replacement gasket?? How can we identify the part number?? Do you have a parts list / illustration and a contact tel number address or email?? With Many many thanks
