Disappointing Samsung after Sales Service

We wish to bring to Samsung’s attention that we are very dissatisfied and disappointed with Samsung’s after Sales service.

The product, Powerbot- E was delivered to us on 4th May 2021
Since taking delivery we tried connectingย Samsung to an App on my handphone but since day one we were not able to. Contacted via Samsung Online chat and asked them to called me back regarding this problem but no response.
We contacted Samsung customer service on 12th May 2021 and informed them. We were attended to by Ms Shafikah. We wereย promised Samsung will get back to us within one week but they never did. We contacted again on 19th May 2021 and again they informed us that they donโt have a proper answer to my request on my product and asked us to wait for their call. But they never contacted us.
We again remined them on 21st May 2021 this time they said my case is being reviewed by the management team. And we are still waiting. Its been 4 days.
