About Sacramento Regional Transit District (SacRT)
The Sacramento Regional Transit District (SacRT) is a public transport agency operating in Sacramento, California. Founded in 1973, the agency operates bus and light rail services. Also commonly referred as RT, the public transit agency manages 70 bus routes and 43 miles of light rail. It further maintains 97 light rail vehicles, 205 buses and 23 shuttle vans.
