About Rapid Rail (Rapid KL)
Rapid Rail is a light metro rail system in Malaysia that began operations in 1996. It currently operates 4 lines, with another 4 in the pipeline. The rapid transit system transports over half a million commuters each day, connecting to over 80 stations. The Rapid Rail brings together the independent lines Kelana Jaya Line, Ampang Line and the KL Monorail Line. The metro operates from 6am in the morning to 12 midnight (weekdays).
Line 1 runs from Ampang/Sri Petaling to Sentul Timur; Line 2 runs from from Kelana Jaya to Gombak; Line 3 (KL Monorail) is an intracity transit system that connects destinations within Kuala Lumpur. The Kuala Lumpur Airport is easily accessible through KLIA Express, which begins at central train station, KL Sentral. Trains run every 15 to 20 minutes.
Coming to fares, Rapid Rail offers single journey tickets as well as weekly and monthly cards. The MyRapid Smart weekly and monthly cards offers massive savings for frequent travellers. There are also discounted fares for students and senior citizens. The MyRapid Smart Card can be used for RapidKL LRT, Monorail, BRT and Bus. It can also be used to pay parking fees.

I am very frustated with your wangsa maju service. Waited half hour but buses waiting in long queue and not moving. What is the time schedule? Put a sign board. Might well give contract to other transporters to give better service if you are unable to give fast service.
Yes agreed. Service worst. But I think they do not have good management. I hope and pray this will come to pass and they will improve their service soon.
From the beginning of this puasa month the rapid bus from putrajaya to puchong is always delayed. Its used to come at 7.50am now its coming everyday about 8.15am. And the drivers of bus 506 are very rude. Yesterday I rang the bell and the driver did not hear the bell as he has a ear plug in his ears listening to music. What type of drivers rapid has, no discipline at all and super rude. I hope rapid can do something about my complain.
Why is the rapid bus from Jalan othman PJ Old Town always delayed at Pasar Seni. Today I saw it parked in front of the PJ community library for a almost an hour. Now I am waiting at Pasar seni for an hour. The bus is not here. We are sick and tired of this poor service.
