I received flowers for my birthday from my dear aunt. When they arrived they came in a slender FedEx box. When I opened them up it was obvious they were beat up and cold. 15 or so leaves fell immediately. There were two small rose blossoms. There were other buds that had black tips on them. I took a picture and sent it to my aunt. The little container they came in was about 1/3 the size of what it looks like on the website. Honestly, they looked like they came from the distressed table at one of the hardware stores. I felt so bad that ProFlowers would take advantage of my dear aunt by sending suboptimal flowers in freezing temperatures in a cardboard box. I tried for a week to care for them so they would survive. But one week later all of the stems are black and the flowers are going to die. ProFlowers you really need to think about how you are misleading customers on your website by showing pictures that are nothing like the flowers that arrive. Being the recipient of these flowers I felt an obligation to try and give them a chance without telling my aunt that she was totally ripped off by your company. What a disappointment for me, and for others who receive these low grade products.
Unfortunately, ProFlowers totally screwed up my order for two dozen red roses for my wife’s birthday. Instead, they sent a dozen clown color (multicolored) roses.
When I tried contacting the company, their website did not recognize the confirm number printed on the receipt and would not let me send a notice. I managed to call an 800 number and the operator promised a full refund. We’ll see. That won’t fix my disappointment. Giving these clown flowers to my wife would be an insult, so they will go in the garbage.
I notice ProFlowers does not have a page for customer comments. Probably for good reason. NOT recommended.
I placed an order for a mother’s Day bouquet, my daughter had me on FaceTime with my mother when she received them, needless to say she opened the box The flowers were wilted, the petals fell off of most of the roses, the leaves all fell off and the vase was a tacky red mason jar type thing which is not what I ordered at all.
I placed an order for sympathy flowers for a friend that lost a mother. I have been waiting for conformation that they were delivered. I have tried getting in contact with a representative with no luck. I have tried facebook, phone, email. I spent a lot of money on these flowers and am very disappointed that I have not received an update on if they were delivered. This is very disappointing I should be able to get in contact with someone. I need to know if I need to order from somewhere else. I just would like a response from a representative about what happened to my delivery. This is not something I should have to worry about at a time like this.
Dreadful service! I ordered flowers for my dad’s birthday. Got a mail confirming they would be delivered on time. They werenโt. I wrote several emails to no avail. My dad had to call and talk to some very unpleasant people and finally flowers were delivered three days later! Terrible, terrible. Instead of a birthday surprise it was a battle! Never again!
I tried to place a SIMPLE order for 30 darling lavender & white tulips today 4?30/19. I tried by phone. I could not understand your agent. I tried online but kept getting the delivery address cut off & would not accept my 20% off offer. I called again and spent over 30 min trying to communicate with a woman who could not get ANYTHING correct. Finally after demanding to speak with a manager three times, I was connected. This simple order took 35 minutes. I will never use your service again!
A few months ago I had a heart attack. The flowers were unable to be delivered. I was given a replacement coupon. I tried to use it for a simple order to send to someone who has lost a family member. The person I dealt was extremely incompetent and kept me on the phone for over an hour to no avail. If this doesn’t get resolved I’m going to blog about this. I will also call the Better Business Bureau. Not fair to pay so much and get this kind of service.
I ordered Potted Pink Calla Lilies to be delivered to my daughter on April 23rd. They were delivered a day late and the were white and purple. She sent me a picture of them and they were in no way what was advertised. I am very disappointed and may not use your service again. The flowers were shipped from Ackworth. GA. to be delivered to Fl. You can’t tell me there wasn’t a florist closer to destination.
Spent 35 minutes trying to get a replacement order. The person I spoke to barely spoke or understood English. For what you charge you should be able to hire English speaking customer service reps. You have lost a customer.
I could not be more dissatisfied with my order. I had the flowers sent to my wifeโs office and ir was embarrassing. Only three flowers were open and they were not completely open. It did not even come close to resembling the picture on your sight. I am retired and have time to let people know on social media

I find it most disturbing to put your employer the position not to understand English and for me not understand your employer trying to speak English! When exchanging money and and as you said, “We are sorry to learn that the elegant and beautiful Valentine’s themed bouquet you ordered turned out to not meet your {my} gifting needs”. Secondly, your cost have increased over the past 3 years that I have been ordering Pro-Flowers.
I am not the only one disappointed in your service not understanding your employers trying to speak English with continued repeating! Very frustrating.

Very dissatisfied and angry. The Flowers I ordered for a funeral were not delivered. I had a very hard time getting information and going through customer service. My call was placed on hold several times and then disconnected. I spoke to four different representatives before I was given an explanation as to why the flowers were not delivered. They said the information was not sent to the local flourist in time. They said we can have them delivered tomorrow…. Seriously! I would not recommend pro-flowers

I’m very dissatisfied with the cost of sending flowers to family members this past Mother’s Day. Of course you advertise free vase, yet you charge me $8 for the box. That’s outrageous. The vase will last a long time, yet the box go directly in the trash. I would have preferred to pay for the vase, instead of the box worth nothing but trash. Doesn’t make sense. There were so many additional charges added to the bill I couldn’t believe it. $10 Saturday delivery, $3 care and handling, $8 for the box, an additional $12 for something I can’t remember what it was for, too much.
Once again very disappointed in the flowers. My daughter sent me a bouquet for motherโs day and as usual, the tulips never open, nor did the irisโs. This seems to happen with all the flowers, I receive from pro flowers.
I just found a delivery of flowers for Mother’s Day down, WAY down at the end of my driveway (1/4 mile away) on a Sunday next to my mail box. If I had not planned to go out I would not have found them until Monday afternoon when I plan to go out for a visit. I do not know when they were dropped off. We picked up Sat. mail in the middle of the afternoon yesterday and the next mail box visit would not be until Monday – midafternoon. Why the delivery driver just chunked the box out next to the mailbox, when he would have had to be blind to not see that the house was WAY up there on top of the hill pretty far away. If he dropped it off Sat. afternoon after we picked up the mail that would at least account for the fact that the box was drenched with rain as it rained very hard pretty much all night and early morning. The flowers were in awful shape, wilted with dead leaves only. I hope they come back, I immediately prepared water and food and cut the stems and put them in the water, so far they are still wilted and not pretty at all. I told my son to complain and I personally will not recommend pro-flowers to anyone. This service was inexcusable.
I received a bouquet of roses for Mother’s Day..they were UPS overnight.
Unfortunately as soon as I opened them the petals started falling off. Several whole roses were broken. Very very dissatisfied.

This is the third year I have received flowers on Mother’s Day from my son in another state, this year the lilies were delivered in a super hot state and wilted, brown and the stamens? all fell off when I took them out of the box. I will recommend he not use this company again.
I want to know where the flowers would come from to be delivered to Dedham, MA 02026. I need to talk to the shop that is responsible for delivering flowers to me every month. I found a listing for one in Newton, Mass. But when I called, it turned out to be a wrong number. The number listed on line is 617-454-1030. That is not Proflowers number.
This is follow-up on my earlier e-mail to you dd. Jan.7. You seems to think the flowers were delivered, but they were not!!. We had to pick them up in a different city. Outrageous!. I paid for same-day delivery and the florist should have delivered, phone call or not. I am appalled at your lack of customer service.
