Printerpix is an online photo accessories retailer that was founded in 2011. It specialises in printing photo books, customized calendars, and mounted canvas prints. The company, headquartered in Orlando, Florida, also has operations in France, Germany, Canada, Spain, Mexico and the UK. Products online can be ordered from a range of categories that include Photobooks, Cards, Calendars, Canvas, Wall Decor, Gifts, Cases and Prints.
On each listed product, you have the option to customise by adding layout, color, sizes, text, pictures, among others. You have different types of products for each category. Under Photo Books you have Leather Cover Book, Spiral Vinyl, Padded Leather Cover, among others. Printerpix orders are dispatched and delivered within a maximum of 10 to 12 working days in UK and 21 working days for US. After placing an order you can login to your account to track delivery. My calendar didn’t arrive after a month of being dispatched so contacted the chat and email function. No response via email chat function Patricia keeps leaving the chat as I refuse to repay shipping that has already been paid for I’m out of pocket and no calendar. Terrible customer service I’ve been told a manager will call me but I’m still waiting. I’ll never use this service again. How will I get a refund?
The blankets advertised aren’t the material they send you and they say they will replace it and don’t! The company contacted me and told me they would replace my bunny blanket I ordered in September which was cardboard material and picture came out so so.. they were going to upgrade the replacement blanket to micro plush mink touch but I had to pay $30 and Still haven’t received it.. now their customer service rep Ezekiel has been emailing me numerous times telling me I have to place the order again online even though I used the link he sent me to pay the $30 and never told me that they didn’t have The bunny picture so for The third time I’ve created it online and sent a snap shot of it in my cart in my account to them. Today again guess what I got yet ANOTHER email telling me it’s not in my account and they can’t send me replacement.
Terrible website. Doesn’t support the full photo library which makes it useless if you want to make a photo book and need access to all your pictures. Moreover, it’s a total rip off; you get a decent deal for a product and Printerpix charges an arm and a leg for shipping. It’s totally NOT worth it.
Your website wont allow me to email you so I am trying this. The status of my order is also not giving me anything. Its in red saying come back later. I have kept coming back and its still in red.

I had bought to books on Groupon and that over charged me on both books 30.00 I want a refund on both unfair and the support system stinks when talking about the product
Not sure if I’m in the right place or not but I can’t seem to find an email only customer service link. Here’s my problem. First of all I must explain that I am unable to hear at the moment due to an extreme ear infection which has blocked my hearing so I must use email. My problem is this…I just purchased 10 wall calendars from printerpix and find that I am unable to use my horizontal photos. There doesn’t seem to be anyway that I can crop them using the program. Do I have any options? Since I really would like to use these photos is there another wall

This company is a joke and should be closed as their product is a POS. Good thing I spent less then $10 on a photo book with this ridiculous company after reviewing the comments this shame of a business is a joke.
