I can’t get anyone to answer the phone or leave a message. I would like to know if all events at PNC are cashless. We plan on attending Winter Jam with youth group and most children do not have credit cards. Thanks for any information.
One of my best friends and I went to see Mike Epps comedy show on May 9th, 2021(Mother’s Day) I didn’t appreciate having to pay $30 just to park 1 car !! Even though I enjoyed the show, it wasn’t even 2 1/2 hrs. That wasn’t in my financial budget to dish out that money to park. I’ve gone to many shows at PNC Arena and NEVER had to pay that amount.
Oh, my goodness! I was surprised. Our first visit to the PNC Arena was today, 6-5-18 for the Def Leppard and Journey concert (not high traffic at all….lol). ALL members of the staff…from parking personnel, food service, seating and security were WONDERFUL! They were nice folks, they looked us in the eye and smiled. All asked us if we needed help.We were very impressed with your staffing. Keep up the good work! Tell all of them: “Thank you” from us.
