I was appalled at the state of the forecourt at the Petro Canada station at Williams Parkway and Torbram Rd in Brampton ON when I called in for gas today. There was so many potholes that it looked like a war zone. I know we are just coming out of Winter and potholes are a sure thing but this was getting to the point of being dangerous and I am sure black top is available to correct the problem. Not a very good name for Petro Canada to be associated with from a marketing point of view or reputation.
Hey, that was a great insult customer service at 9th line and 16th. Avenue, Markham Ontario. Both cashiers are not capable for customer service, high tempered, not helpful at all. I asked the cashier’s name from the second (Mohsen) cashier he told me to go look at his name tag, I went to look at the tag and he (Alkesh) got really upset.
The Petro Canada Station at 3775 C Strandherd Dr, Ottawa, ON, has the worst service environment at their car wash. They do not remove snow from the driveway to the car wash. The snow becomes hard overtime and hits and damages the underside of low vehicles such as a car. If you complain to the Manager or owner, they say we don’t care. Will petro canada let these careless owners/managers destroy its hard earned reputation.
The Petro Canada location at Steeles and Bathurst in Toronto is charging $2 extra for car washes if you don’t buy gas. I don’t know if they are running a scam but it sure felt that way. I’m a loyal customer I shouldn’t have to pay a penalty for not purchasing gas.
