Got a service on the 4th February at around 19:00, its nearly 20:00 and I’m freezing inside the bus. The air-conditioning is constant non stop when outside is 8 degrees. What is the need to have the air-conditioning for so long!? Can you please add the human option to turn it off. And why Oxford Tube don’t have an public review!?
I use the Oxford Tube every weekend and haven’t been able to use the wifi for many months. Interestingly my phone works on the local rural area bus out to Watlington.
I was traveling alone from Thornhill Park and Ride to London but became quite ill in the bus and had to get off at Hillingdon to get the coach back to Thornhill and it was nearly 8 pm and raining, I was really worried as it was dark and I am not familiar with the area. I told the driver I was not well and had to turn around and asked where the bus stop is to return to Thornhill but he was very rude and dismissive and gave a very vague direction and caused me to miss the next bus. I am appalled for the driver’s attitude. Imagine if your family stranded while unwell, you would want people to be helpful. Disgraceful, it actually doesn’t take a lot to be a descent human being.
I tried to get my bike on the 9.19am Oxford tube bus this morning- 16th October, the driver did not help, rushed me on saying ‘ we don’t have all day’ and my bike didn’t fit.
The design of the compartment to carry bicycles is hopeless, too small and up steep steps!
Absolute madness.
I won’t be using this service again unless this changes.
It’s not the 1st time I’ve had this issue. No WiFi on your coach service. The only saving grace is, I have enough data on my phone, & my phone is slowly charging! You advertise this as part of your service.
I’ll just start getting the trains soon, or a lift from one of my friends! Totally disappointed by the service. And also the toilet door didn’t lock. So I’m holding the door just in case someone comes in.
