Hi there, I’d like to file a complaint against the staff who was on duty at around 11:30 – 11:45 pm on Oct 15th, 2017 at Tanimachiyonchome station at Exit (1 & 2).
I loaded 1,000 yen on my IC card using the fare adjustment machine and wasn’t sure why it won’t go through, when I asked, the staff was extremely rude to me and practically yelled at me several times without answering me any questions. This kind of behaviour should not be tolerated and must be disciplined.
Thank you for your time.
