‘I bought a return ticket when I arrived in Heathrow. I arrived in Heathrow on 03/Feb/19 and purchased a return ticket from Oxford on the same day. So my ticket number remains the same as the day I traveled both times. I left Oxford on 25/Feb/19 at 12.30noon. As you enter the bus, I was sitting on the right hand side, between the 3rd and 7th Seat. I reached Terminal 5 around 2pm. I am positive, I left my black Ray Ban sun glasses. I am including a picture of my ticket because the number is unclear.I am including a picture of my sunglasses too. I did not receive any email for this ticket either. The Agent who booked me this ticket is 6002 on 03/Feb /19
