I bought two lots of tops from them and only recovered half when I tried to get in touch with them they said it would be a couple of days. The order was placed on the 14 Feb. I got in touch with them last week but have not heard any thing yet just want my parcel…not a very good company to deal with. Never again so buyers be wary.
I am so sorry I bought swimsuits from them. I don’t want 2 of the 3 and no where can you get anything to help with return. No paperwork in package, my ticket number request says I didn’t buy anything.
What a fraudulent company that takes money and offers guaranteed returns in 30days but omits that you are dealing with a company trading from Hong King!!
Cant get any returns info, no address to return in the parcel and cannot access them to return or exchange on line!! Its time this company was stopped from taking money and ripping people off or trading in such a way that contravenes decent trading practice!
Wish I had read these comments first. I received the coat I ordered, but way too big and very poor quality! No papers were included in the packaging and there is only a phone number in China to contact about returns. I think I lost out on this one. This purchase was a waste of money
Oh, my. I was promised delivery on June 28, but it is June 30 and I just read the reviews. It was a shirt that I really want; however I’m giving up on it. I have stopped receiving tracking information on the computer. Darn.
Lord I should have read the review, I am a victim too, I brought this shirt from them, and as yet to received it, lucky I only loss $32.00, I had a bad feeling about them, someone need to get this website off the internet. I am so lucky I only placed the order for one item. I learn my lesson, will only buy form stores that I can return to if I don’t like the item. NEVER RECEIVED MY SHIRT. lol
I ordered several items @ one time & didn’t receive the whole order! Now it looks as if the package was received as the shipping # was delivered! So i guess that i kiss the jewelry I ordered good-bye! They keep telling me to check with the neighbors! Ugh! Never again!!!!
I received two tops that need to be returned as they are too small. There were NO papers included in the order. I need to receive instructions and paper work to return these two tops. What can I do to get in touch with a live customer representative? From looks of other reviews, it looks like there is no way to get in touch with a real person in order t get return instructions. Please let me know what to do.
I wish that I had read these reviews. I ordered a dress on Feb 8 and it is March 12. I have not received it and I can not get a number that works. I am very disappointed and feel as though I have been scammed. They took the money out of my account on the same day I ordered.
Did not like what I ordered. Like others, I found no address to return merchandise. I found an address in Hong Kong (which I do not plan to use). I found this phone but have no idea of what the expense would be to call China/HK: 001-213-9851052
Tried to find my order online to “submit a ticket,” as they suggest, but oddly, under the number they have given me, it says no such order number exists.

I am so frustrated and disappointed in this company. I will NEVER purchase from them again.
I have been trying to get my refund documents from them for two weeks but the website is useless and there is no phone valid number to call a live customer service representative.
I am surprised this company is even in business as I believe they are using fraudulent activities to lure customers. Even the shipping documentation looks sketchy as it states false information.
Buyer Beware! The photos of clothes are very attractive and colorful. But if you order something, you are giving your personal information to someone in Shanghai China and you will NOT receive anything! If you do it takes 6 months and is so cheap you could have found something much nicer at a garage sale. They do not want to be contacted via phone and put no invoice in your delivery, if you are one of the lucky few who receive your order. So no return option is available.
I should have read these reviews also BEFORE purchasing from them! I never order on line unless it’s a store that I’m familiar with but took my chances and was incredibly sorry. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! It took FOREVER, smelled like smoke and was very poor quality! I will NEVER, EVER order from them again.

Wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered. I did not know they came from the factory in China. They only tell you that after they have your money. My tracking number says the same thing all the time. Preparing for shipping on Stpt 15. Today is the 21st and they are still preparing. Like all the rest of the reviews said, forget trying to talk to someone in customer service and you can’t reply to their emails. Damn crooks. Guess I’m out my money. Glad I didn’t order all the tops I wanted. I thought I would try one and see how it was. Thankful for that.
Need refund policy to return two blouses that do not fit. I ordered it in two sizes so I could be assured it would fit. I usually wear a S/M, but ordered a l and L due to your size specs. Neither fits. There was no paperwork as to returns in the package. Please advise so I can get a refund. I hope you do this, as your above reviews are not good. I hope this is not another rip off
Their swimsuit that I ordered was very small in the bust area. They told me they would refund 50% and I would not have to return it. I agreed to this but have never received my refund.
I bought two items from this company and they were delivered but items were way to small I did everything they said to do took to post office and bag came back with postage scratched out and marked been opened need to pay postage and a return to sender unclaimed. This is a scam and I am reporting to the attorney general’s office I advise the rest of you to do the same
I ordered one swimsuit they sent and billed me for both. I was told at the post office it would cost me over $200.00 to mail them back. What a rip off. Don’t guess I will get my money back!
Yikes! Should have read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered a bathing suit on May 22, 2017. As of today 6/6/17 I have not received? it. Tracking with UPS says info unavailable, while Modlily site says it’s been shipped. No one answers the phone!! They were quick to take my PayPal payment 5/22/17. Grrr!
I ordered a swimsuit for a vacation which will begin tomorrow, so we will leave without it. The payment was taken by Paypal on April 24, but the customer service for the company will not respond to voice mail that I left. From the other comments about this company, it will probably be junk so I wasted my money by trusting them.

I am a first time customer. Purchased a swimsuit in an XL. The suit fit but thought I should get the next size. So I purchased two more suits on July 10, 2016. This time in an XXL. Just received the suits July 19, 2016. These two are smaller than the first one I purchased. I am trying to find where the address I return the suits and get a credit on my charge. Don’t buy from them. The products are complete rubbish and if you want to return them they don’t give you a full refund. The company are in China. I am using paypal to get my money back. Total scam.

my boyfriend purchased some outfits for me. it took a long time to get them delivered.i finally get the outfits and they do not fit and are poorly made.so we called the company it goes straight to voice mail.so we emailed the company asking for an address so we can get refund we an email back telling us to keep the outfits because it will cost us to much to return them.we told to we us the address to retun the outfits for a refund still no answer.we were robbed 200 dollars.
