I went to the location at Seminole Square in Virginia with my young daughter in pain. I registered online, went inside and showed the woman at the desk my phone and asked if I registered right, and she said I was. Its 2 hours later and their computer system switched us to another location. They sent our registration in the wait line back here, but they put us in the back of the line. UNREASONABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Do not use, waste of 149 dollars and 40 minute wait to be told by an arrogant doctor he wouldn’t prescribe an antibiotic. Wasn’t interested in what I had tried, how long had been ill and had to be prompted to do an eye examination before sending me away with no treatment.
Hello. Tonight I visited the brunch located on Palm Beach Gardens for a swelling eye. I arrived at 6:45 pm. I was seen by Don Corpus,
MD. I walked in, checked in and made the payment, seen by the doctor and walked out with the instructions printed. This took exactly 13 min. The doctor rush me so much, he pointed a light on my eye 30 cm away from me for 1/2 second. He diagnosed Stye. Because of the rush I asked him if he was sure, in a rush way he answered to me that if I don’t trust on him. I said “I am asking because this can be something else like herpes” and he answered to me: “It’s not herpes”.
I didn’t want to argue because I notice he was impatient probably because it was time to close. He prescribed an antibiotic that I won’t take because I don’t know if it is the right medication for an diagnosed that nobody would trust. I can’t trust in a “professional” who rushed me that much. The nurse did my vitals while the doctor was lightning my eye and she wrote on my vitals that my weight is 1,432 pounds and my BMI: 245.799. Are you kidding!!?? I paid for the service $139.00 for NOTHING
Med Express offers very poor service. Always at full capacity. If you only have one person seeing patients then you need to hire. We sat over an hour and a half and still was told they were at capacity. Did not get the medical care I needed. Ended up having to just go home.
Absolutely horrible! Hours are until 7 pm and was told they were close at 6:30 pm. As I pulled away they allowed someone that came after me in for an emergency. So I called back. The women was terrible! Extremely rude and said it was an emergency. Unfortunately I’m a trained first responder and saw the minor cut that they said was an emergency yet I’m dizzy and feel off balance with extreme pain in my ear possibly with an inner ear infection. When you try to contact customer care all you get is billing and payment options. This is unacceptable and will not use MedExpress and hopefully they take up training on proper customer service at the Delaware location.
Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I spent three hours trying to get through to your virtual appointment line, nobody either answered, or if they do they can’t help you. I gave up on a virtual visit and went to two separate locations, but both of them said we’re at capacity and try calling back later.
So maybe you should change your “walk in service” claim since you can’t just do walk ins anymore ????
