I have a free account. I have tried to make an automated email series but when I started it. it says you need to resolve an issue without telling me what. I submitted a non-compliance ticket and I do understand that on a free account there is no live support but a week later I still didn’t hear back from them if you don’t have time for free accounts don’t advertise it please get back to me as soon as possible so i can get on with my business.

Since over 2 months we are trying to reach out to you without any answer from your side. Even after a few calls, still no support followed.
As a non-profit society in HK, we are not earning any funds. One of the reason why our initial account plan should be and remain Forever Free.
Furthermore, we have under 2,000 subscribers and never sending out more than 12,000 email per month.
Via mistake the credit card of one of our board member was charged during some period. Please kindly double check our account settings and wave the costs for the billing, as our campaigns for Christmas are waiting.

I am upgrading my Mail Chimp plan and it’s $50.00 a month. I put in my credit card info and Mail Chimp said something is blocked and my info won’t save. How do I pay my $50.00 a month?
Mailchimp has product data (that I have a screenshot of), and these products do not exist in my store, at all. How can this be? Why am I seeing furniture in MailChimp, when my store does not have these items? My thoughts of upgrading just fell off the cliff. I am on the free plan, so how am I to let MailChimp know about this issue?
We uses mailchimp integration with our whmcs but on going to edit account details on whmcs clientarea , we see an option to select yes/no to join mail list. As I am already subscribed to it, I tried to unsubscribe by selecting no option there and clicked save changes. but I am not unsubscribed from mailchimp list when enquired about this, whmcs support told
“Due to limitations in the MailChimp API beyond our control, unsubscribes are not reflected up to MailChimp. Instead, a client must use the “Unsubscribe” link found in any email sent from MailChimp to fully unsubscribe from MailChimp mailings.

As you will see, only two “unsubcribe(d)” calls are available and these are simply to list users who have unsubscribed, not to unsubscribe a user. As MailChimp does not currently provide an unsubcribe API function, we’re unable to implement it in to the product.
I do apologise for any inconvenience this may be causing you however, this is an issue beyond our control and affects any MailChimp addon available.
If you wish for this to be implemented, the first step would be to contact MailChimp and request that they add this functionality however, as I said, this is beyond the control of WHMCS.”

Mailchimp has shut our account down since Saturday and has not said a single word to us via their woefully ineffectual email-only support system. We are looking to take our business elsewhere after being loyal for many years. I’m very disappointed in mailchimp, a service that up until this point, I have recommended to many friends.
I inadvertently deleted one of my subscribers name and email address from my Mailchimp list, and in doing so, he was fully removed from your Mailchimp system. When I then tried to re-enter his name and email, I received an error message telling me that I needed to have the subscriber fill out a form. It was my mistake in deleting him. Please guide me toward a simple way that I can re-enter his name and email address. Thanks.
I realized that Im a “none” paying customer but you should still offer us tech support. The program is working properly and I have no way of contacting someone. You have an option to pay for tech support; but really this “free” is sorta the trial to see if I like your program. Right now I’m not seeing a reason to pay for something that isn’t working. Admittedly it could be an oversight on my side but if someone doesn’t explain that to me then how will I know. if you want resolve this issue im available by my email. If not then it was nice working with you for this short time.

Its been half a month that my mailchimp is creating a lot of problem and whenever i send a test email its showing that non-payment message even though i have paid the bill. Kindly fix it as soon as possible or else i have to switch to some other channel.
