I ride the metro A line (blue) going to and fro from work 5 days a week. Unfortunately, the evening ride home from 4:30pm is a nightmare every time. Some guys play loud music on the train all the time. What can be done about that.
Courteous when calling customer service and no waiting time unlike when dealing with the NYC MTA and you get put on hold for long periods and often get hung-up on.
