On the website, users can look for a concert or event by city, artist or venue. There are also special pages dedicated to top tours, trending tours and upcoming events. Upon purchase of tickets, users can sign in to their account to view or manage tickets. After purchase confirmation, users will also get their tickets sent to their email.
Tickets can be printed at home or requested to be couriered through Standard Mail. You can even pick up your tickets at the box office showing your photo ID and credit card. Delivery options vary by event.
Refunds are provided for cancellation within 72 hours of purchase. Tickets bought at a Ticketmaster retail location must be exchanged at the same location. Note that refunds vary depending on the artist, team, venue, or promoter. Exceptions to the Refund Policy are made for VIP, Platinum, and premium ticket holders.And if you would like to transfer your tickets, that as well is possible through the My Account section on the website. Not all events however have the Ticket Transfer option.

I purchased 3 tickets and a parking pass in Jan. 2020, directly from Live Nation, for a Matchbox 20 concert scheduled in June 2020. Obv is was postponed because of COVID and then rescheduled several times. Then, in late 2021, I receive an email notifying me that the concert has been cancelled and refunds will be issued automatically and no further action need be taken. It also said if there is an issue processing the refund, I would be contacted by a Fan Support Rep. That didn’t happen. I never received my refund and I was never contacted about any issues. I sent an email to find out what was going on but never received a response. THEN in February 2022, I receive an email that the concert has, again, been rescheduled for August 2023 (3.5 years after purchasing the tickets and 3 years after the original date) and that my tickets were still valid for the new date. There was also notice of a change in health screening requirements for the venue. I tried to send another contact demanding the refund I was entitled to. But I was simply notified that refunds are no longer being offered for this event. This is criminal. They have basically just helped themselves to a 3.5 year interest-free loan financed by MY $850.
Live Nation/Ticketmaster is not offering ability to print tickets at home. Sent message “Your phone is your ticket”. Since I do not own a smart phone that is not possible for me. At the phone number for customer service the call simply goes dead. At sales support there is a recorded message “Phone support is not available”. I did send a reply to the email with my order confirmation but am not really expecting any response. I seriously doubt the Oakdale box office would be able to help but I will try calling them. I did get a reply to the order confirmation email. Keep in mind in that order confirmation email there was a block that indicated, to the effect, “Any questions or concerns, use this space to send a message”. I did and can see that my message was sent. The response came back:
“Hello, You have reached a mailbox that is not being monitored. If you are trying to contact Ticketmaster Fan Support, click here for step-by-step instructions on how to email or chat with us. Please do not reply to this email, as it will not reach a Fan Support Representative.”
The “click here for step-by-step instructions…” is a dead link. Goes nowhere helpful.
I have tickets to a show this week. Caught Covid so I canโt go, Iโm trying to transfer them to my cousin and I donโt have that option. Every time I ask a question it replies with instructions to seek on live nation. So I decided to sell. I originally bought tickets for $118 with a service fee of about $30 bucks. I resell one of my tickets in their site because itโs all it allows. Placed them for $118, the buyer was charged a new service fee THAT I ALREADY PAID and now Iโm being charged a fee for selling, Iโm getting $99 for that ticket and have to wait 7 days for that to be credited to me. Live nation is BS. And customer service forget about ever speaking to anyone.
Id need to get a refund for my tickets to Jason Aldean that played august 13. We not only didnโt NOT get to see the concert, we waited in a line of cars for over 5 hours to get to the gates. We got there at 5 & it was almost 9pm before we decided to just turn around & come home. Iโm disappointed, Iโve been to concerts at the pavilion before and Iโve NEVER had an issue.
I purchased two front row tickets (seats 19 and 20) for Post Malone concert in Philadelphia, PA which I paid a significant amount of money for. However, upon my arrival to the venue, the seating had been changed to general admission! I paid all of this money for nothing and was nowhere close to the stage as a result. I am beyond disappointed. It also appears that Live Nation puts no money into the sound system, stage, etc. Post Malone and his fans deserve better! I do believe that the sale of these tickets were a material misrepresentation.
I attended the Santana concert on aug 4 at Hollywood casino theater in tinley Park. To enter the concert, the traffic lanes merged from 4 to 1. It took so long that I was 40 min late for the concert. You can get in and out of soldier field and other much larger venues easier than that. I brought a chair in a bag which I was not allowed to bring in the venue. They did not hold the item for me and now I am out the cost of a new chair. Also, the parking lot has very minimal signs for the light poles making it very difficult to locate your car after the concert. This is an easy fix. This venue seems to be quite dated and inefficient for customers this effecting the overall experience. The show was great but my experience at this venue was poor.
Over one month ago my friends and I were prepared to see a Bob Seger concert at The Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, WA. The Tacoma Dome elected to cancel show six hours before the event was supposed to happen. My friends traveled from the Tri-Cities (5 hour drive) to see the show and they had rented hotel rooms next to Tacoma Dome. We learned that Bob Seger was there and ready to play. Numerous other fans had traveled to the event and left their homes early so they’d have plenty of time to make it to the show.
Why hasn’t something been mentioned about the rescheduled date? We are all PATIENTLY waiting to hear from you. Don’t you think you have a responsibility to the public to make some kind of announcement? It’s BEEN OVER A MONTH!!!

I am very disappointed in my experience today and on Tuesday with Bob Seger pre-sale and regular sale tickets. Could not get into the site using IE, finally went to Chrome and it work but was asked repeatedly to re-join the queue. No decent tickets left! Thanks a lot!
I just bought two vip tickets for jesse mccartney on jan 19, but i selected the mail delivery option in said 10-14 days for delivery, but the concert it is in 12 days. Is it possible to switch to the mobile option after my order has been placed?
My ticket was not sent to me by email but I was charged. I purchased ticket for Creamfields HK 15 Dec. I purchased on 6 Dec at 12:30 AM approx (Hong Kong Timezone).

Trying to purchase tickets for Acoustic Jam 2018 Louisville and the payment options do not show up, so no one is able to complete their purchases. Otherwise this concert would be sold out. I’ve tried on several different machines and apps.
Can I get a refund for my ozzy osbourne tickets? The show has been cancelled in San Diego and I want to get my money back please. Or can I transfer my refund towards another concert event?
Refund after a cancellation of a concert. I had Tickets for the Rascal Flatts concert that was canceled in Chula Vista in September and it has been past the 7-10 business days and I have not received my refund.
I had extreme difficulty getting my tickets. I posted a yelp comment that was not good. I have since edited the post to reflect that I did get the tickets… it took two hours and two people to help me.So i will not be filing a complaint with Attorney general or BBB. but you should know I am less than pleased with what you call convenient. Concert 3 doors down last 4 of card 1395. please disregard previous contact. the new yelp review only reflects actual problems objectively with no angry rant..
Beyonce and Jay-Z performed in Cleveland July 25th, 2018 and I have a few complaints. One being that, the ticket prices dropped drastically from when they first went on sale to weeks before they actually performed. I spent $290 on a ticket, and there were people who had spend less than me who were closer to the stage then I was. There has also been new songs being performed in other cities that weren’t performed in Cleveland. These two reasons alone have me extremely dissatisfied. Is there any way that I can receive tickets for the Columbus, August 16th show?

1. the sound was muffled for much of the show and i could hardly hear dave’s voice
2. the sound was in and out, but it definitely affected the show experience
3. it was very apparent when dave would speak and you could not understand a word he was saying
4. i had four tickets and my friends and i were sitting in the grass 50 feet from the fence on the left side of the stage.
5. additionally, there was a problem with the screens for 20-30 minutes and the screens went blank and it seemed that the whole system was rebooted.
very disappointing.
